Youād like to think so but even a sniff of a PL game and itāll fall down the pecking order.
Plus, if Iām being honest, when I was last at this particular hotel the continuous stream of all inclusive beers arriving at my table without even having to ask during the game makes me want to watch it there again.
Who's still to buy their tickets? I've not got mine yet. Didn't really fancy the blocks that were open to sale when I checked yesterday. Will probably look to purchase this week, although I would quite like to book in tier 2 if possible.
I suspect many STHs like me (and I know quite a few others) have not bought theirs yet as we've been waiting for the better blocks (from a visibility point of view) to go on sale. However, now that they have finally opened blocks 123, 124, 125 - those that are the most expensive/but with a decent view in Level 1, sales should improve as there is now a proper choice of where to sit.
However, whether we will reach the 15,000 mark to open up Level 2, must be in real doubt.
To be honest, I'm in this category and I have a party of 8/9 of us that are interested to go. I bet if they opened one block on the 2nd tier, that would sell out quicker!
Around 20 of us are hanging about trying to see if tier 2 will open. I'm not convinced it will (can't see us pushing another 4,000 in general sale) and if it does, it could be a bit lonely up there.
Same, seems a bit odd to not rush straight in but there's no real incentive to do this in any hurry and a decent chance of better choice if you leave it.
I am holding back too - of necessity until fairly recently.
Tier 2 is potentially attractive but now sure it would be that attractive if it turned out to be only one or two blocks full - atmosphere would then be very odd I would have thought.
Don't really want to pushed into buying the category 1 or 2 prices tickets either.
On the other hand, I am getting older and while Wembley appearances have been fairly common recently, who knows the next one may be 15 years away by which time it may be too late for me so might as well do it properly.
Personally I donāt see why we would necessarily get any less than we did for the playoff Wembley games.
The hardcore fanbase will go anyway.
Obviously itās an unappealing competition and equally unappealing opposition, but itās the floating daytripper vote that will decide a hefty chunk of the total WW gateā¦and surely many of those will be going āfor the day outā, regardless of who weāre playing and for what reward.
I donāt live in Wycombeā¦is there much going on by way of advertising for the gameā¦banners, posters and the like?

There are specific tickets for over 40s?
A welcome discount or just to get the whining contained in one area? š

Man United v Liverpool kicks off at 3:30.
Bollocks.
I thought that was funny for a moment, then I remembered that I am over 40.
Waist?
Sky Go definitely works on a Windows laptop using NordVPN in Tenerife.
Cheers, good to know.
Theyāve just opened up all the side on blocks in the lower tier.
Peterborough have level 2 on sale now, hopefully we'll sell enough to follow suit
Anyone know how many seats we have sold to this point?
Looks like about 9,500. Canāt see the upper tier being needed and it doesnāt go on sale until weāve sold 13,500.

Im amazed 12mins have passed without some auto responder of 19,500.
Thank you @arnos_grove , I thought we would land on about 10,000 total.

We only need to reach 13,500 to open Level 2.

I reckon we could ask Wembley nicely to give us a block from Tier 2. 29 people in one block, sort us out Wembley!

By the way, all of the lower tier has now been released / available to purchase
Same here. Maybe they'll let us just rock up on the day and pay cash on the turnstile.

Bit of a dilemma.
Iām waiting for Tier 2 to open up. Hopefully weāll reach the required number to open it up.
Definitely hanging on for Tier 2 here
We just bought in block 123 near halfway line, tier 1 yes but great view. Ā£30 for seniors - amazing deal.
Latest outright odds from Sky Bet
Peterborough 4/7 favourites, Wycombe 5/4
Wycombe and Peterborough unable to go to full general sale due to the threat of Reading sabotage.
Hopefully this can be lifted in the near future
