Obviously it would need to be part of any agreement that the tenant covered those costs and/or there were enough fat left for us to clear a solid profit if we paid.
I would think they would want to keep as many fans as possible still attending. Their best option for that would seem to be to keep the channels of communication open and stay temporarily at the Kassam, however that landscape does looks a bit like Gaza. I am sure there are lots of other factors but it seems to me that there will be a window of opportunity for large scale house building shortly after the next election which steely eyed business people will want their mitts on.
They will probably lose for a while a fair proportion of their crowd. We would - they can think it a good reason not to go or to watch from Vizpee End on Thames.
As others have said Wycombe and Oxford are joined directly by a motorway, a reasonable trunk road which ends up on the right side of town and a (fairly) direct rail link. The car parking at Wycombe is no worse than they have at the moment.
I can see that the equation would change if they happened to be promoted this season.
Anyway it would be fun to beat them in ten days time.
It would seem they are keen to play at Banbury for a season or two. Capacity of just over 3000 and would not conform to EFL rules. Even further away than coming to AP and a third of the capacity.
I don't know, but it seems they may be able to play at a small ground for 3 seasons (like Brighton did at Withdean), provided the new stadium was on the way.
Where such Club remains a Member of The League that Club shall have until 30 April in the third Season from the date of its admission to comply with the requirement to achieve a capacity in accordance with the Membership Criteria .
My brother accidentally punched a hole in the ceiling of their hospitality box - about the size of our police/stewarding box - jumping up for joy when we scored at the Manor ground in 199(?).

Why would your latter point be an issue? It’s already happened when the pests were in town.
Anyway, if there were any problems I’m sure the current council leader could be swayed with the gift of a framed photo of Rob Couhig.

"Crime in multi-storey car parks..." is one of Tim Vine's finest.
The latest news is that Oxford are going to look to groundshare in America, as there are a lot more options for them to still feel at home.

Club passes National League ground inspection (banburyunitedfc.co.uk)
Brackley would be closer - decent non league ground with 3500 capacity
Not big enough for them and probably wouldn't be up to EFL standard, would it? Isn't there a minimum number of seats you have to have?
I know we have a little rivalry with Oxford, but I hope they do get a stadium sorted. MK aside, no-one with any decency likes to see a club homeless.
It's a no from me, unless they have a decent coffee machine and a deal with a good crisp supplier?
Not a deal breaker but...
Think EFL minimum capacity is 6,000
Salford and Harrogate are only 5000
But very well connected by train - 15 mins, one stop
It's 4,000 with the ability to increase to 5,000 https://sgsa.org.uk/football-league-capacity-requirements/#:~:text=The%20Football%20League%20requires%20that,to%20be%20increased%20to%201%2C000).
The minimum is 5000 with 1000 seats I believe.
I stand corrected but neither Brackley nor Banbury would pass the test.

Maybe they could add a fifth stand to get the extra capacity somewhere, as recompense for only having 3 for so long ...
I think the Manor Ground had 7 stands, so perhaps the Kassam was a deliberate attempt to bring them back within the quota?

The locals were not very pleased.
Must say the irony of that has always made me laugh. In fact, when stood in the away end I think they had 3 stands on 1 side on the left 😂
From Stade de Huit, to Stade de Trois. And stand number 6 couldn’t even be arsed put a roof on half of it.
I think 8 must be the one with a hole in the ceiling ....
There was a tiny 9th one between 8 and the away end.
