Must be frustrating for Forino to be out the team for a month, only making late sub appearances where we invariably concede. Finally gets a start in the JPT and hobbles off with a significant injury after 20 mins.
Presumably with McCarthy, Pattenden and Vincent-Young all now available again we might see Grimmer moved back to CB?
Still don’t have a Vokes like for like replacement/substitution do we? Even though we have brought in all the forwards this window, that would be one area I’d be concerned with.
Vokes has unique talents for us but a) we don’t play a second striker alongside him enough and b) I think we can get one-dimensional when he plays especially if it’s a game where don’t score early.
Instead of a new Vokes I would rather exploit the talents we have within our squad. Namely Kone and Bez.
I don’t disagree with you. But we had the opportunity to play differently when Vokes has been out of the squad in the past, and we haven’t taken them. As much as I would like to think new faces in will result in a wholly different approach, I’m not holding my breath.
And let’s not forget the elephant in the room - the time it takes new team mates to gel. Especially when you throw in a new system of play into the mix.
so, like I said, that’s one area i’m concerned with

We’ve signed Saxon Earley, a left back from Plymouth. If his football is as good as his name we’re onto a winner.
Leaving it late.
never too late.
etc
Pete Couhig said "we ain't done yet boys" when this was announced by him on a live stream just now.
410-660
Early Saxon
Look at the double wink and work out if we are getting anymore in....
I wonder if we’ve got another centre back coming in!
I was just thinking that since we've now signed strikers, CM, LB are we looking for anyone else?
@kippper clearly thinks yes
Yeh Forino announced on Instagram "must have been naive of me to think I'd go the season injury free"
Is he injured?
🇳🇱
Do we need a Saxon Klaxon?
Dennis Bergkamp is finally completing his takeover?

People are coming around to our way of thinking @micra
Virgil Van Dijk?
Van Gogh would go better with Earley

Jenson Selt, Rav van den Berg, Erik Pieters?
Please me @kipper do you know if anyone is about to leave?
From what I've heard no, all very fluid though can never rule out someone making a bid we can't reject
Nigel Lonwijk set to join Wycombe on loan for the rest of the season. Had an injury-laden spell at Grasshoppers earlier this season.
Plymouth recently too. What's going on with all this Plymouth stuff today
Dutch defender on loan from Wolves. The Pathways Manager has been guaranteed that he will be on corners and penalties.
Would that be 6 loanees, meaning one has to be left out of the squad every week?
Potts, Kodua, Campbell, Taylor, Lonwijk, Earley.
Hopefully it is Campbell
You mean we've been making plans for Nigel?
Oh my god, his middle name is Cello. Let the puns begin...
Hopefully he’s not coming in to replace Low.
Ah yeah, good catch
