We didn't take up our full allocation for the play off final v Sunderland so I don't think getting a ticket for the BSM final is going to be an issue, should we qualify.
Now, if you make attending the next round a pre-condition for going to Wembley it might work.
I agree with your suggestion to give kids free admission to the SF though, assuming we get a home draw. It would be almost a free hit to see just how many we could get to attend.
I might even go myself if it were only £10 to sit. Feels like the first real excitement for a match for ages.
We took a really good crowd to Coventry for the SF a few years back - I want to say somewhere around 800. Using that as a guide, cheap tickets for a home semi and a decent away following, no reason we couldn't manage 6k at least if we get a home draw.
McCarthy was excellent today wasn't he. I think that was the most pleasing thing about the evening, along with the bright performances from Kone, Kane and Sadlier. Shout out to Taylor too, looked to be so much happier playing in a proper front two. I hope we try that in the league too.
Been out and missed the game, just caught up on the thread. Next time I miss anything news / match / WWFC related I’ll relate to it as ‘having a twizz moment’.
Sadlier to me has to start every game. He’s a quality player that offers a lot more than just a wing man roll. Him and Potts are out shining lights of creativity. Campbell might be able to do a cameo role using his pace on the right be he should not be in the team at the expense of Sadlier.

How will they ration the Wembley tickets? Will I need 4 away ticket stubs?
Not sure “top priority” would be a major issue tbh. No way would we sell out our allocation.
Joe Low did look injured but went straight down the tunnel, so may well be. I certainly can’t see Forino being fit for Saturday.
160k we’ve earned so far.
Very decent.

KING KON
Kon Aguero
Bloody hell 160 grand and we’ve played 4 Premier League youth teams and only had to stick the first team out once. Like taking candy off a baby.
Sshh....it's just a marketing gimmick to whip up excitement

🤣 I’m worried I might not get a ticket, can’t go anyway as I’m in Klong Muang but that’s a great idea 💡
I think half term is the week before, unless it is different in Bucks to Berks
Don't think Low was injured but Forino didn't look great, seemed to overstretch, tried to play on and pulled up.

We certainly lost the pace when we took Sadlier and Kone off. I hope Matt will start Sadlier and Kone on Saturday.
I would certainly go with Kone and Taylor up top as the movement is excellent and we played at pace in that first half tonight.
We seem to have a solid team now - I just wish we had loaned in a LB rather than Campbell so that we could use Leahy in midfield more.
Max
Grimmer Low Tafazolli Leahy
Potts Scowen Butcher Sadlier
Vokes Taylor
A good chance we might be without Taff, Low and Forino on Saturday if they’ve not recovered from knocks and being left out for reasons unknown
is it confidential that Taylor looks for effective in this comp against the u21s?
As he went down the tunnel he made a gesture that looked a bit like he’d got some kind of abdominal injury.
Good job Jack Grimmer reminded us tonight what a good centre-back he is as well as full-back. We might need him on Saturday.
No, you’re allowed to mention it. Tell whoever you want.

You’ll refer to it, won’t you @username123 ?
You’ll forgive me too, won’t you ?
I get it now @Blueword posts are actually cryptic crossword clues.
Rumour Is you need to have been a season ticket holder for 20 years and been to Carlisle away, ideally midweek, in the first wave of priority sales.
If any of the 40,000 tickets are still available in wave 2, that's general sale.
Woohoo I knew being old would pay off one day.
Back to my sickbed.
