Given the performance on Boxing Day and the reaction to it we just have to get the best eleven out on the pitch - in the right formation - and just cross our fingers that they still have enough in the tank on Monday.
Only question is whether Forino is fit. In any event I’d still go for Taf and one of Low/Forino.
A back 5 would show stubbornness and/or incompetence. A back 4 would show someone who caves into the mob. Only a back 6 will silence the critics. Diego Simeone uses it.
I didn’t know he was the quickest to be fair but I know he covers a helluva lot of ground and loves to forage forward. Both he and Low love to get in the box for corners and set pieces too of course.
FYI Anyone thinking of buying a ticket at the ground, away stand tickets not on sale till 6.00pm as Orient have not been informed by Wycombe how many seats already sold.

Outstanding crest tbh. Got to hand it to Orient on this one
But what are those creatures? Hint: they're not dragons.
Wyverns presumably?
Indeed
the majority of L'Orient fans are predicting a home win, and I suppose you can't blame them, given our dazzling form:

2-0 Orient for me.
Making New Year's Day the most ridiculous use of pyrotechnics since the daytime fireworks.
The Bucks Free Press strikes again, referring to our match in South London this evening.
De Gea, Lingard and Kone are announced as our January signings just before the sky is set ablaze.
Team pretty much picks itself tonight doesn’t it?

So 4-2-3-1 as follows.
Stryjek
Grimmer - Low - Taf - Boyes
Scowen - Leahy
McCleary - Phillips - Sadlier
Vokes
Surely won't be a back 5 tonight after the amount of shit that flew around after boxing day ?!
I'd agree with @Theatre_of_Chairs team above
Seconded.
Although. If recovered from illness, Forino 50/50 with Joe Low.
Forino and Tafa are too flat footed as a back two. Low and Tafa for me.

Forino is the quickest player in the squad, fact!
Pipped me to the post on that one.

I know modern CBs are great athletes, but it's fairly damning when one of them is the quickest player in your squad!
What about a back 2 to show he's his own man...
You can't possibly be suggesting Forino is slower than either of those 2 guys.
So assume you mean he has a defensive flaw where he's not very good on the turn?

2-3-5 won the world cup for Uruguay in 1930 but hasn't been seen in football since Kevin Keegan's Newcastle. Best to save that for next Monday.
A CB partnership of Forino and Low has to be our best option. Taf's sporadic seasons work against him being first pick sadly.
Come on lads! Exciting win incoming!
It all starts to turn around tonight. One of those "I was there" nights incoming.
COME ON WYCOMBE!!!!!
Does blind faith afflict any group quite like football fans?
Not sure if afflict is the right word, but it's a funny old thing.
This is exactly what we all needed to hear. It's on. The Blooms turnaround starts today. The back 5 is dead forever. COYB!!!
It's not blind - a careful analysis of wind direction, opponent fitness statistics, moon phases and the menu at Nandos points to a Wycombe victory.
At Orient, the field shall finally Bloom.
must win game for mr b or should be sacked .
