Forino certainly took a knock v Lincoln plus has been playing with his wrist bandaged so hopefully it is just a precaution.
As for the others, with the squad he has there will inevitably be some rotation. My concern now is have we broken Breckin? & where are Pendlebury & Young?
Proof will be in the performance but a few positive changes there I think. Grimmer gives us a bit more pace in the RCB role, and as much as I love him, he’s certainly not a RWB and I don’t think Kane Vincent-Young particularly enjoys being a LWB, so bringing Boyes back into the 11 is a good move.
Excited to see what Phillips can do, and if Low can play as solidly as he did against MK then he should be a good change also.
Forino being missing completely I’d assume is injury related - now that QPR have got Steve Cook I’m not sure they’ll come back in for Chris at a price that the club would be willing to sell at.
I still worry slightly about Tafazolli on the left of the 3. I love him and think he’s our best defender in a back 4, but being pushed that bit further out wide without a LB to protect him sometimes exposes his lack of pace, but hopefully he can dispel those fears tonight.
Lovely evening for football, let’s hope the performance is there to match!
What's happened to Breckin? Not meriting a spot on the bench two matches in a row suggests either he's injured or needs some time to acclimatise to League One away from the first team.
Btw didn't GA play a back five for the successful final third of the Championship season before reverting to a back four again in League One after not replacing Fred?
GA did play a back 5 in the final third of the Champ season, he also continued this into League 1. We started with McCarthy, Grimmer, Stewart, Jacobson and Obita against Accrington that season.
It wasn’t until much later in the season that we went back to a back 4.

Decent looking side to me. I like the midfield three of Scowen, Leahy and Phillips. Forino not in the squad worrying.

Pendlebury is somewhere in Scotland I think.
According to 'fans' on twitter the team selection is proof that MB has 'lost the plot'
No twitter for me...but is anyone surprised at that?

I think it maybe 4 at the back.
Grimmer, Low, Taf and Boyes
be interesting to see how we line up. He’s still searching for his best line up, which is understandable.
COYB!
Struggling to see what they’d have a big issue with. I think they’d probably say the same thing regardless of the line up he put out there.
As much as I’d be interested to see us with a back 4, I’m fairly certain it’s KVY at RWB and Boyes as LWB.
Personally I love the lineup!
That’s certainly a possibility
I suppose 'Bloomfield still searching for his best 11 early in the season' is too wordy
BBC going with 3-4-1-2
Pendlebury! Satire I hope?

Quietly confident. I’ll take a 0-0 tonight, clean sheet and stops the rot. 🤞

Forino spotted with a boot on apparently
Doh meant Pattenden - not sure how I morphed that into Pendlebury
Come on you blues!!!! A 7-0 win is all we need to liven us up again and correct our hideous gd.. doable right?
Starting to think Kev might have a point. Can't say I thought that at all during his awkward spell on co-comms .
Kevin Couhig probably believes this is a genuine possibility…
But yes, a win and a clean sheet and the whole place will feel a little different.
Orient have Pigott *and* Moncur. I swear they've scored about 17 goals against us between them.
We are probably going to get another half season instead of 350K, unfortunately.
This 30-second injury delay rule is nonsense
Assuming we have all lost @bluntphil
Better defensively so far, but no signs of being able to manufacture a goal. Come on Luke!
Low looks fantastic.
Yes can’t hear him either
Is Joe Low an FM regen version of Bobby Moore?
