I seem to remember the original 92 club knocked it on the head and had completely forgotten that someone had started it up again. My memory isn’t what it used to be and I’ll be in the knacker’s yard soon enough.
As I’m only interested in the 91 actual football clubs, I guess it’s all rather moot anyway.
Getting to every ground in a lifetime is a decent achievement, but some manage to do it in a year.
They must be planning maestros for one. But must also depend on good luck with how fixtures fall and have the available funds to spend nights up and down the country for multiple fixture weekends.
Plus some clubs are quite difficult to get tickets for, so hoping for them to draw lesser attractive games in the cups so they can get in easier.
I like that the equivalent of the 92 in Spain would be the 172 (actually, probably some groundshares in there, but there are 172 teams across their top four tiers)
As I’ve done the 92 and just have to top up every year I looked for a new challenge.
I’ve decided on getting to all the European Cup and Champions League winners grounds. A total of 22 teams and 21 grounds. Currently on six and planning to knock off the San Siro in May before it is demolished.
Steau Bucharest might be difficult as two teams claim to be linked to the European Cup winners of 1986.
I had a week in Tenerife recently and went to watch CD Marino (10th) v San Fernando (1st) in Tecera group 12 and Marino scored a stoppage time winner. Quite a few Brits in the crowd.
Not sure this club has ever existed🤣 I’m happy going to the current ground of the winning team. Some grounds have changed location, some are still on the same spot. Of course the actual game would have been played in a neutral stadium.
I thought about Scottish clubs but it’s just as cheap to fly to many of the major clubs in Europe and I’ve not heard of anyone doing this Tick Off.
We’ve played at the new Dean Court about 5 times. After its new build it was a three sided stadium and then had temporary seats installed at the empty end. These were removed and replaced with a proper stand about 10 years ago.
I’ve been to the Neo Quimica Arena home of Corinthians in San Paulo Brazil but never to York Road Maidenhead (need to go to the oldest contiguous ground before they move).
Torn on Harrogate - I want them to stay up because of Alex Pattison and because they seem like a nice club, but I also get a little irritated at their boss being the longest tenured among the 92, even with the asterisk. (Petty, I know).
They are still trying to get it listed but I can’t see the economic sense in building a new ground 200 yards away and leaving the San Siro in place as a museum.
I need to visit before it goes.

Do you have to go the site of the original ground in the case of clubs who've moved since winning it?
Just Barrow & Harrogate to go. I completed the 92 previously before both came up but struggling to motivate myself for two long trips.

If we don’t manage to go up this year then I’m hoping Barrow go up so gives me the motivation to go there!

Not sure I'd need too much persuasion to join some kind of protest outside the san siro, criminal that it's being knocked down.

Any interesting Scottish gems in there? Ross County and Dumbarton's grounds intrigue me.
We played at Dumbarton, i was there, lovely setting dreadful ground.
