Taking Hanlan off doesn’t get around the fact that Vokes will still be outnumbered 3-to-1 up front. I’d have considered taking McCleary off for Vokes and going with Hanlan and Vokes as a front two
KaiKai for McCleary would seem to make sense, as a predetermined move it could also allow him to run a bit more if he knows we only need him for 60/65. But that's not how we do it.
One of my biggest gripes of this team is to have Vokes with no idea how to use him well. No quickly balls in from wide, just overplaying before a poor cross.
We don’t seem to have a clue how to use the wealth of attacking options at our disposal. They double mark Mehmeti fine use the space elsewhere. By keeping up the timid 1 man up top when they were playing 3 at the back was just joyful for Lincoln. The decision making on the pitch seems so tunnel visioned. Just the same thing over and over. Our defence is superb we just need to sort out how to attack consistently
I wasn't there and I'm not sure if the stream would have shown it but what was GA's approach like to the fans afterwards? Was he trying to say goodbye or was it business as normal?
Just thinking if QPR are going to make an announcement tomorrow or Monday?
WWFC sell their advertising space at a set amount for various deals and info my firm received from them was very good and professional actually. Being a local company on their database I’m delighted they reached out to me, as well as other local firms I’m sure, and more chance of loyalty back in the long run from local firms I suspect. Perhaps Lincoln get very little revenue from local businesses and take less income per section of LED advertising every 20 seconds than we do because bigger brands sense an opportunity to pay less for it.
Was just about to post this. Outstanding analysis considering Gab has watched one ninety minute game. He talks more sense than 80%+ of season ticket holders. Spot on with his analysis here.
Yeah, for what it’s worth I thought Sutton was decent and actually tried to offer some analysis of what was going on (which a good commentator should do) vs just spout re-heated football cliches (which plenty of bad commentators do).

The lay off not only bad choice but really badly excecuted, he's a threat but not offered much recently
We’ve got the right players out there, we’ve got the right formation how do you simply tell players to do EVERYTHING better. We can’t pass water
The EFL really screwed us by allowing other teams 5 subs

Hope this isn't getting away from us.

Both teams would take a point I think so that’s the most likely outcome from here
Both would then whine and moan if they conceed a late winner
Been saying this , well for ages
‘Ball down the line for Vokes to chase’
hmm
Choice of studs also an issue. We are falling over constantly
Such little quality in this match
Poor second half from both sides. A shame.
Same as so many games this season, ease off second half, disjointed up front, bit of effort but not very clever.
A reasonable point in a dire game.
Largely turgid and a vacuum of skill.
Wheeler MOM for his industry
Forgettable
Not a bad point, but a very bad game. Not much else to say!
Something unsatisfying about punting a tenner on a 0-0 scuffle fest when there was a World cup QF on at the same time.
2 points of the play offzzzzzzzzzz
Not a great game but a draw was the fair result & certainly all either team deserved on the day.
Good point - some results went our way elsewhere for sure.

Fair result today for me.
Two points off the play offs and still lots to complain about. Win-win for the Gasroom.
It's encouraging that alternative avenues of moans have been opened up. The kit price moan thread is always a banker.

This sort of thing is why you should be paying attention to Gab Sutton
