What a shambles. The vote can’t take place with a limit on members voting.
If RC planned the Zoom meeting, I would like to vote No by proxy. If the Trust planned the Zoom meeting, I would like to vote Yes by proxy.
Joking of course, but it's hard to trust the competency of whoever planned this.
On the plus side, they cannot have a binding vote (surely?) so we actually will get time to ruminate on the offering, I assume.
