Quite shocking that we've not had any info yet (unless I have missed it, in which case I apologise and disregard everything I say), considering the match is in 12 days and you'd think they need a solid ST only window first. Not sure whether the hold up is on the BCFC or WWFC end but it's very poor, and very frustrating.
I can only assume Birmingham and Wycombe are haggling over something. But yeah, it’s enormously frustrating, especially with booking travel and accommodation. The only upside is they can’t possibly leave it much longer, can they?
Could be that they are debating the ticket allocation to Wycombe?
Pure speculation...
Maybe Birmingham only offered 1900 and said if you want an allocation of 2500 then WWFC need to underwrite the cost of the additional 600 tickets if we don't then sell them.
Rotherham (a) rescheduled for Tuesday 18th March, 3 days after Wrexham at home and 4 days before Huddersfield (a), unless that one is called off for internationals.
Hot take - I am completely comfortable paying £32.50 for my ticket for that game. It’s a top of the table clash against a massive football club. They’ve renovated parts of their stadium. It’s a great stadium. It’ll be a total sell out. The best game of the season on paper. The one I’ve been looking forward to since the end of last season. I get way more frustrated when I go to the likes of Burton and Bristol Rovers and pay £25+ for a shit view and a terrace.
I have just been in contact with Ryan (who is ITK) and for season ticket holders you can go on tomorrow and get 6 tickets, but the other 5 need to be season ticket holders as well. This is different to being able to get an additional 5 for anyone.
Yeah and it’s very frustrating that I can’t buy for my group of 7-8 in size a STH without it being a total faff. Having to split into two ticketing groups, some of them STH, some of them not but that portion attend 10+ games a season but they are no better off than day-trippers. Then there’s the musical chairs and stewards being a nightmare moving everyone around. I know it’s a complex situation for ticketing staff and it doesn’t come around often as a Wycombe fan, so I am not placing blame on anyone. Just wanted to vent. Wish there was some sort of quick fix for stuff like this but sometimes that’s how life is.
Very annoying as I can’t get my mate a ticket as he isn’t a ST holder, which is fair enough. But in the general sale, the safe standing will be sold out so I can’t even sit next to him as its allocated seating. Pointless.

Sounds like daylight robbery, so probably about right.
Pfft. I may as well drive then as a full charge is about £5 and will get me there and back.
Surely the tickets for the Birmingham game go up today?

If I was a gambling man, I’d bet on the Huddersfield one being moved
For me it's a pity that the Rotherham game is the same night that the Chairgirls play Reading at Adams Park.
Nice easy game after what could be a season defining game!
Surely that isn't the earliest available date that could be fitted in, which I thought was the rule.
I wonder if there will be scope to play this on Saturday 22nd when our game v Huddersfield and Rotherham’s v Bolton gets called off?
Ticket details confirmed - £32.50 a ticket...

Aren't PL away tickets capped at 20? 32.50 is scandalous.

Capped at £30 I thought
That's an outrageous price for 90 minutes of Lg1 football
They might want to make that clear, because that's not what the website says.
I just checked against the Peterborough one where as a season ticket holder I could get 4 all assigned to me.
Obviously this fixture is a bit more complicated due to foreseen demand.

It is now...
That sounds more realistic - I just know there was the '20 is plenty' campaign. Either way, this is steep for League One.
Plus I’d imagine they are a bit tighter on the stewarding with getting people in the correct seat unlike places like Oxford where it’s carnage

I can't see any mention of safe standing? I know they have it, but maybe not for every game.
When you click on the ticket link it’s the first option on the left
Ah I see
£32.50 and £28 OWWSA coach ... £60.50 or watch it for no more than usual £20 a month sky subscription.
I think i'm comfy to ruck this one off to be honest. That's taking the mick
£32.50 for division three football is scandalous. Shame on Birmingham.
