Honestly don't think Betvictor have any insight at all on who will take the job. Certainly wouldn't take the skinny odds on either Evatt or Johnson which imply its a two horse race.
Was quite surprised to note that Gareth Southgate is currently second favourite to be next France manager though.
I mean I know he is used to working for shadowy rich people, but when your new manager leaves his team in a relegation battle in the Saudi League, it's not a great look.
I did not realise Holden and Beale had also been there with him.
'...a chance to experience another culture...' my arse.
No marquee big name former England players who struggle to manage please, Lommy.
I'd be shocked if any of these big names fit the data-driven model, genuinely. The Danish chap made sense from that perspective, but a Gerrard/Rooney type appointment not so much.
I don't even want to imagine us with promotion in our hands, matey making sure the camera gets in nice and close for the prepared rousing speech, only to horribly throw it away and watch him suddenly not so keen for the camera to capture his every magical word.
Would be great to know whether the rumours about being "influenced" to stay by some interesting local characters was actually true or not.
And also how the Lampard-Gerrard axis would have worked. Although they would have had a 3rd man behind them, which England of that era cottoned onto too late.
And thirdly, would Gerrard actually have stood out amongst other top players, or would he have Grealished.

Someone's stuck bets on Michael Beale and John O'Shea overnight, both moving from 66/1 to 33/1.
Neil Lennon 66/1
John Lennon 125/1
Ian Evatt 6/4

That would be a coup
a coup d'etat if that happens surely
He seems like a complete idiot, hopefully nothing in it
He was the reason Aaron Morley came to us on loan as Evertt wasn't playing him.

Total nonsense I’m sure
If we appoint Stevie G, I'm out

Happy with Sam squared for now.
Not sure I'd really want Stevie G, but having said that I'd prefer him over Ian Evatt !
Yep there's definitely a sliding scale of wrongness!
Probably starting with Barton, them hitting Evans and that Plymouth fella Gaz couldn't stand, them Stevie Hollywood is a few rungs down from that.
We are really trying not to slip, too.

Steven Schumacher confirmed as the new Bolton manager. Huge upgrade for them.
Damn, I was kind of holding out hope for him here
I'd be on the phone to Beale [insert EastEnders jokes here]
I think he was the last of the loyal superstars, but he must regret not going to Chelsea when he had the chance

With your username, I’m surprised you didn’t call it a coup de grace. 🤫
Very good 👏

Very good @micra although you do have to have the correct accent to make it work.
The way I say it there’s no trace of an accent.
Would a coup de grace not be the current caretaker manager seizing power?
I wouldn't, because as soon as Gerrard gets another job he'll go running off to him again
