Martyn Lee - didn't he have a game (possibly live on Sky?) where he assisted two or three goals with set plays and did pretty much nothing for us before or after that?

He had a very odd running style - a bit like Paula Radcliffe...
How about Andy Lonergan. Best save I've ever seen and clean sheet at Grimsby (I think on debut), immediately recalled from his loan, never to play for us again.
