I voted for Taylor purely on the basis that he has never had my vote, (nor deserved it), before. In truth I could have given it to Low who I thought was immense, Sadlier for his overall skill set plus his goal, alternatively Taf was back to his commanding self or KVY for his marauding down the left. 🤷♂️
@our_frank once they said you better not be Wycombe, I made my excuses and left victuals unbought. No chance for them to carry out their undercover task, so I win again! 😉
I thought Dale Taylor was a revelation, had my vote, really looked like a player who's on the books of a Premier League club, some brilliant skill in tight spots to control the ball and superbly lay it off. Joe Low also brilliant, as he has been a few times recently, and Kieran Sadlier and his superb finish for the third goal. All in all some great performances today.
I've been very underwhelmed by Taylor this season, but I thought he was excellent at Cheltenham, and clearly he was excellent again yesterday (although I didn't watch the game). Hopefully this is a turning point for him!
Taylor's form has been much improved since the turn of the year. He really struggled for a spell in November/December when he was playing a role he just wasn't suited to.

Taylor was being asked to be Sam Vokes. He is not Sam Vokes hence he struggled.
A swift kick in the Hobnobs would have sent them running.
Especially if they were on wagon wheels
