Rare Wanderers Photo
Maybe a thread for people to share photos that have not largely been in the public domain.
Below Evenwood Town away 73-74,
Although they also look familiar to the photofits issued for the Guildford 4 and Birmingham 6 bombings.
Above Dulwich Hamlet away 73-74.
Where ex committee man and club treasure, displays that leather driving gloves, were a must for away days.

Great photos @ChasHarps. I recognise many in the Evenwood photo, without being able to put names to them. The first of the two overnight coach trips that season. An eye opener for me, going up north for the first time. The local youths at the game were spoiling for a fight, but nothing developed, as far as I can remember.
Looks like Gerald Cox as the smart dresser at Dulwich.
I'm told the Dulwich photo was actually from the late 60's.
Agree @Steve_Peart . Certainly looks like Gerald.
Anyone recognise the guy with the moustache next to him? Seems vaguely familiar
First photo, Dave Finch, just left of banner?
Yes!
Surely that's Cat weazle the 1970's
Wrestler on the front rail with the large bar scarf ?
Could that be Lynden to his left?
Yeah, looks more like late 60s. Stylish bunch. I had no idea Gerald Cox had ever been so dapper. The chap bottom left could be a time traveller from about 40 years later and I sure he looks familiar.
Is that the Preston play off final?
FA Trophy final v Kidderminster.
It is.
Well, I’d like a thumbs up, please @Steve_Peart ! I’ve given you one (if you’ll pardon the expression)!
Sorry @micra, I've never got into the habit of thumbing, lazy I know. Done now, I will change my ways!
Dave Finch is going to give me some names on these photos, when I see him at the Bucks game at Chesham. These are Lynden's photos.
All forgiven @Steve_Peart ! But the marmite status has been duly reinforced ! Bit of a larf, innit.
Dad, What was the Littlewoods catalogue like?
This one was taken on the last day at Loakes Park, just after some fans had removed the clock - to reveal - another clock!
Health & Safety nightmare.
Steve Guppy after winning the FA Trophy against Kidderminster. I had a better one, a close-up with him looking straight into the camera but I gave him that one and got him to sign this one for me.
Nice shot @LDF. That's the Vandanel kit though, so must be after the Runcorn game.
Also, are those swimming goggles he's holding?
...maybe they're the oft-mentioned rose-tinted glasses
Yes, you're right; I've been labouring under a misapprehension. It's surprising what thirty years can to to one's memory. That means that the picture of the crowd I posted higher up is also Runcorn 1993 and not Kidderminster 1991. I was in the posh seats for the Kidderminster game, near the royal box, but I've been thinking it was the other way round. He's being handed some swimming goggles and I think I've seen other pictures where he's wearing them.
Things were definitely better in those days.
Quite a few on here can still be seen at matches, including the odd Gasroomer (that I know of).
Anyone remember where/when? Probably not too hard.
Gateshead away, when we won 4-3 ?
@ChasHarps Yeah, it's Gateshead, only won 3-2 though (April 25th 1992).
Who's this ex-Chairboy, where and when?
