Is @drcongo actually Doctor Congo or the Democratic Republic of Congo? Or does he/she alternate between the two depending on mood? Or have the docs slipped an extra tablet or two into my daily cocktail to make me even wonder about this?
It goes back a long time, to being slightly tipsy one day and thinking it would be an amusing username. As a side effect, I get a lot of twitter mentions from people thinking I'm the country. The best one of all time was a notification on my phone for a tweet that said "@drcongo is the greatest human...." - I thought, oh that's nice, I wonder who that is, so I opened it and the full tweet said "@drcongo is the greatest humanitarian disaster on the planet". Fair comment.

There seems to be an awful lot of suspicious traffic emanating from Russia. Sorry for the problems.
@AlanCecil - forcing a new window open is, I'm afraid, bad practice as it removes the choice from everyone and can be very annoying for people using assistive devices like screen readers. Like @OxfordBlue mentioned, you can choose to have them open in a new window by holding down a modifier key - on Macs this is the Cmd key, I'll have to take @OxfordBlue's word for it being Ctrl+Shift on Windows.

I thought it was a reference to the character seen regularly in sixties classic series Bewitched rather than any troubled African nations.
