Dobbo Def told the Wanderer that with limited funds and a small squad (due to finance, not caps) there was pressure on them to get players through quicker, they have a definite approach with what they want to see from players and an eye for what a young player can achieve. They want to work with players over a longer period and improve them but that can't really happen when you've only got a few players and can't fill the bench. Add in decaying facilities, less coaching staff and players getting poached on the cheap after they finally do start playing as intended and I think there was a good deal of frustration.
