My Gillingham supporting friend hasn’t been able to get to any games this season but confirms that they have drawn once and lost twice from winning positions. Don’t despair therefore if they score first. Not that we would of course after that epic Southend encounter and David Wheeler’s dramatic late winner against MKF.
Discounting the Reading game but including pre-season Friendlies the Win/Draw sequence reached thirteen matches against Lincoln. Let’s hope it’s broken tomorrow!
This burst of optimism following dispiriting news/speculation on the injury front is good to hear, especially in the context of a Facebook-style thread inviting us, of all things, to say who we thought was our worst player on Saturday.
Yesterday, I was tempted to revise my forecast for Tuesday from a 2-1 Wycombe win to a 2-2 draw but I’ve pulled myself together, hoping that Kashket’s knock is nothing serious, that Samuel will have made a quick recovery and that Bloomfield, Fred, Curtis and Sido will all be available. And it’s surely time for Josh Parker to get a look-in.
2-1 to Wycombe.

Would be great to lay the Accy bogey.
We did away last season so possibly time to put the record at home straight.
