    The gown over what looked like a hoodie took a little of the worry he's injured away though surely. Hopefully something very routine, or a windup!

    The thing that probably helps Bayo the most, is that he probably does the least running out of the outfield players. He therefore minimises the sort of niggles and fatigue some of the other players get.
    I can't remember many opponents ever putting him on the floor with a tackle in the same way as the likes of Paris and Tyson for instance, and he's so strong that players bounce off him rather than hurt him.

    I am surprised that someone earlier said he trains 6 days a week. I got the maybe wrong impression that he's afforded a bit more recovery time than the others, both because of his age/style of player, and because of his off the field interests. Maybe that was just a closed season agreement.

    Different type of training I suspect Malone, probably very weight lifting orientated.
