They have said the women's team is going to be financially neutral Trevor. Considering how much money the team is likely to generate, you can bet they aren't going to be spending much on it. Don't worry your little head about it.

Read through it again I'm pretty sure it means the club are taking over the management of the women's team.
I meant if they can afford to have a womend team thrn we should have the youth academy back.
