All jokes about Luton aside, I don't think people realise how attractive an opportunity that is. And he'd surely be doubling his salary if not more. It's a shame if he goes, but the club is clearly moving in a markedly different direction to the one which existed when he was appointed.

Nice of you to cite me @Blue_since_1990, but I am about as data savvy as a tree stump. I just like putting colour-coded excel sheets together for MOTM votes because I grew out of crayons!

I can interpret data as I see it and I know a bit about how it's gathered for the means that I use it in the media, but I'm not massively au fait with its applications in recruitment. Reading 'Moneyball' will probably give you as good an idea as anything.

There's been no real talk that Blooms is unhappy. You'd see why that could happen with Scott Mitchell going, but aside from a few people on here reading into things... we're making assumptions.
