If he if offered a significantly higher salary and a two year contract it really doesn't matter if he gets the sack in three months time. He could get the sack from his current job, WWFC, in six months time anyway with much less compensation.

I like to think he didn't want to leave but, in one of his recent interviews when asked what motivated him to get up each day at 4:30am he said "Providing for his wife and daughters". He can do that more effectively at Luton than Wycombe.

@drcongo agreed. But the question we are all struggling with is will he/they care? Interesting to see who does get appointed and how long it takes the Wycombe faithful to get behind them.

Fingers crossed we still go up, so the hard, hard work of the first half of the season is not thrown out with the management team!
