Maybe this one - Andronicos Georgiou - who made no appearances for Wycombe, one of 10 clubs the 25 year old has been at over the past seven or eight years. Going nowhere fast!
Have you seen him actually playing?!

Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Sadly I think he’s gone after getting dog’s abuse for showing basic human decency. We’ve lost quite a few of the good ones recently.

Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Thankfully the majority of posters have taken a level headed view of today’s game but there are a couple who should perhaps calm down before using words like cowards and disgrace. Birmingham have gone 18 games without defeat, have lost only two games all season and are undefeated in 17 home games in which they have conceded just 7 goals. I agree that we started too timidly but going down to ten men was a major setback against such a good team and we defended exceptionally well in the second half. I was disappointed with our first half display but take encouragement from the second half. We’re still second and haven’t lost a single game by more than one goal.

I hope @shev pops up with the MotM thread soon. I hope he’s not taking an extended leave.
Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Pretty gutted tbh. I felt the first half was dreadful, very self inflicted and some poor performances. Our tempo was far too slow when playing from the back first half, particularly Taylor and Norris, and Birmingham didn’t need to work that hard to press us into a mistake. When the ball finally got near Udoh, Gmac, Fred or Cam there was nobody near them except blue shirts. Additionally, I’d forgotten Simons was on the pitch until that tackle so also disappointed in his game. He should have just seen the lad further into the corner.
Someone told me we only had 70 passes in the first half, and if this is true is dreadful. I honestly think we set up showing them way too much respect and the marking wasn’t tight enough at all in our deep areas.
Second half we did extremely well away against a top team and lots of credit to Dodds for going 3 at the back to change the feel of the game. I can only assume Harvie will be out injured for a while so if Reach can stay fit then I’d go wingbacks now with him (Leahy as backup) and Grimmer, with Low, Sonny and Taylor as 3x CB’s particularly with their attacking set play aerial threat which looked promising today.
I was impressed with Udoh, who only has scraps to feed off most of the game and ran his socks off. And Sonny was the game changer for me as he added calmness and experience to the defence.
So we move on, but I don’t want to watch first halves like that again any time soon.
Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
I’d like to see Franco back in the side. Norris looks confident but Franco’s distribution is way better and crucial to the way we want to play.
Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
Well if you think jumping into a tackle and planting your studs on the lads right foot in a wide position rather than staying on your feet and trying to delay was a sensible decision then we may as well just agree to disagree. Laird rolled around like an absolute arse but that was a red all day long.
Re: MISSING: Have you seen two WWFC Danish footballers.
You surely don't put in what must be the best part of £2m on signings in a Jan window just to have a look for next season, when you're already sat in 2nd and have been for 4months!?

Re: Match Day Thread: Birmingham
You too dad.
Buying chips at football is a rookie mistake for an experienced campaigner like yourself.
