Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
The owners can't deny they backed him in the transfer window, Kone aside. But as always with football he is nothing to do with recruitment but everything to do with the failure of any recruits. I am loving Shrewsbury's recent upturn and the adulation Gareth and Dobbo are getting. I doubt if Luton fans have that in them.
Re: WWFC v Wrexham NOT selected for TV
Very surprising. Huge opportunity for a sell out here.
Re: New training ground?
Our third will be for yet to be conceived players and will consist of a single room and a copy of razzle.
Re: Birmingham and Burton KO moved
Wrexham game (15/3) not on Sky and therefore remains at 1500 KO at AP, which suits me fine as gives me plenty of time to get there.

Re: The definitive ex-player news thread
Fans don't sack managers though and owners don't always step up to take the blame. I think if he loses another 3 or 4 they'll probably make a change to stop the noise and let them get in a haggered /experienced / old Allardyce type who knows all about how to take them down.
Re: FT article on League One transfer fees
I am always puzzled by how new managers are expected to automatically bring about a large improvement in teams that have been failing without new players being brought in. They don't have a magic wand so while it may work sometimes that can't be assumed.
