It has much more of a case than us v Birmingham, as although we won't give up the idea of winning the league, there's quite a margin now, whereas we're absolutely nip and tuck with Wrexham,.
But Sky seem to think Stockport v Bolton and a relegation clash are better options.
Although I assume they have to show each team a certain amount of times, and we'll have just been on twice before?
@flymofrank If they really fancy the Huddersfield A game it could still be chosen, that way the rearranged game will be shown, as will happen with Rotherham A if they ever get a date for it
Are they ‘saving’ Wrexham slots for later in the season and covering off other teams now?
Is there some sort of Disney/American angle at play here with keeping it at 3pm - do sky have rights to sell abroad etc?
Do they think we might fall way over next month?
As said up thread though great chance to get a big crowd though.
Bit of an aside but I I was wondering if there is a chance we’ll play Rotherham at home on the Huddersfield Town weekend. They are due to be playing Bolton away - so if both games are off due to other teams could our tv game slot in there?
Surely it will just be a meaningless tie by then? Be nice if Steve Evans had to stand in an honour guard to clap the Champions onto the pitch though! 😉

Baffling - maybe Sky checked themselves over their Wrexham obsession?
It'll be on Disney+ instead
Huddersfield A will almost certainly be postponed for internationals, so I guess Reading A is next realistic TV pick.
Very surprising. Huge opportunity for a sell out here.
You do wonder what the heck they're thinking. As much as we're glad it's staying where it is and all.
Genuinely shocked. Potential promotion decider and it being Wrexham. I was expecting this to have been a standalone match on the main Sky channel too.

Does seem a strange decision:

But will it be shown properly or just on Sky+? I forgot all about that Rotherham game!
Excellent news.
Do you think the Rotherham game being as yet not re-scheduled is the reason Doddsy keeps referring to us as having 16 games left?
Who's going to let him know?

Because he knows Stockport at home will be a trophy presentation with a game attached, our starters being competition winners and academy kids.
Oh that would just be too good

Surprised, but very pleased it's a 3pm Saturday kick off. Hopefully that will help us sell out Adams Park.
The guy on facebook who for weeks has constantly mentioned he needs to know as he has 15 or so pals coming will be delighted!
And it sounds like they're not regulars too, so that's a decent little set of extras to beef it up.
