Is this that really poor ‘Season 4’ on Netflix where the original excitement and thrilling plot lines idea gets skewered by ever-more improbable plot twists?
I mean I was struggling enough with the far-fetched ‘Wycombe play scintillating football’ episodes early on in this season but the past dozen episodes or so have just been bonkers (in a bad way).
If so, we know how it will end - scrape into the playoffs by the skin of our teeth followed by a lazurus-like return to form culminating in a 3-0 Wembley win against Wrexham.
have not read the above posts yet but from a good source at the club they have no idea where this speculation has come from. This is from someone who at at the training ground daily.
If this really is a Netflix season 4 then Westergaard is going to turn out to be a retired special forces operative trying to take care of his family and live a civilian life as a jobbing lower league footballer, until his past comes to catch up with him.
It really is no more than a great big field with about 10 football pitches on it, plus 1 particular pitch which has been relaid and had a lot of money spent on it. Facility wise other than pitches, think of the big set of changing rooms at the rye, put another level on top and then a canteen in top of that. A few rooms / offices thrown in too. Doesn’t appear anywhere near as warm and welcoming as the Marlow Road facility, in fact it’s less purpose built in some ways.
In all seriousness always looks pretty decent in the videos/pictures, shame it’s not up to much. Maybe it was always a stop gap solution. The college must be laughing as they’ve got a free upgrade then plus I assume rental fees.
In fairness though, for those mentioning travel, I think from Wycombe it’s probably on a par if not better than getting to Reading / Bearwood in the morning
I know Sam Grace lives in Wycombe, and it's quite well known that a fair number of the players live in Marlow, a much easier commute up the road to the old training ground.

That would solve the current problem of having too many players!
It's not a huge leap to think he'll jump before he's pushed. Simply for his own peace of mind. Who'd want to work for Dan and Eduard?
Peak Couhig pie in the sky talk I'm afraid.
To be filed with the new road, the new / improved stand and anything else that didn't legally have to be done upon promotion to the championship.
I would for his salary, knowing that I can easily upset them to get sacked and a big pay off!
Few managers/head coaches walk with 3 years left on their contract these days. If he’s not happy he will wait to get sacked.
This is becoming very boring. Surely it must be time to move on . This is old news.
He's right doc...we're onto constant talk about unimpressive body language and gum chewing now. Keep up.
How Dodds comes across in recent interviews....
But hopefully by the end of the season.......

Given you guys read the Gasroom, would it be possible for an update on return to Marlow Road?

Boring and predictable

Which training ground?

Also, fuck off.
I have also spoken to someone who is at Harlington daily who confirmed that it's a nightmare and they are actively looking for alternatives.
Another very grown up response from you. As owner of the forum, surely you should be setting standards of how individuals respond to other posters.
Heard the same one big mess
Bib Bad Dan will sort it all out!
It’s almost like someone’s preparing the ground to claim this season has been disrupted by a training ground move…
Move on.
Or to explain why next season will be.
Heard it was in a bad way at the start but we’ve spent a few quid on it so surely it’s fine now.

Does it have a lido though?

Do many of the players or coaches live in Wycombe?

Being ITK about the training ground obviously less contentious than bring in the know about other stuff.
