I think we are seeing the end of them being a force in the Premier league, let alone Europe. I would be surprised if they qualify for the Champions League again for at least 5 years.

Admittedly, I’ve only watched Wrexham four or five times this season plus a few highlight reels. However, I am consistently coming to the same conclusion that their goalkeeper is really poor. His box management is shaky and his shot stopping is a bit wayward. He pushes the ball back into danger areas. He also has a tendency to be indecisive on rushing out vs staying on his line, as shown in giving away that penalty last night. I would do everything we can to expose him when we play them.
Well, he played 10 times for England up to U18 level and (just to assure @Malone that I still see a player’s height as a useful factor, certainly for goalkeepers, central defenders and old fashioned strikers) he stands 6’6” on the turf.
He was with the Gunners for 13 years. Now @frequentstander wants us to aim our metaphorical guns at him. No doubt the valley terrace will give him plenty of encouragement during the second half.
