I went for Pattenden, I was disappointed that Back didn’t start today (though I understand it was because he cramped up midweek) - but JP gave a very good committed performance, both on the attacking and defensive side.
I went with Taylor, constantly tried to bring ball out like an extra midfielder. Was a menace in their box, strong in ours. Great to see Jasper back and he was very good too, I'd just like to see him have the confidence to really drive at defenders when he is on the attack down the wing. He's clearly skillful enough and quick enough but defers to his winger too often.

i went for him more for the fact that after a long time out, first half especially, he looked as if he hadn’t been away.
i can’t comment much on the second half as I may have fallen asleep in the sunshine (I didn’t but I probably would have benefitted more if I had of done).
As someone who has rooted for Jasper from one of his earliest performances - that match at Fratton Park in which Pompey stole a point from us with a foul on Max at a corner in added time - I was delighted to see him back and in a game where nobody really stood out, I’m pleased to give him my vote.

Jasper was magnificent

Jasper for me too as he played well and few others did.
It’s hard to criticise the two centre-halves but not sure they can get MOTM against a team completely devoid of attacking players or intent.
I mean, how on earth can you go into a match with just Dale Taylor up front against Joe Low and Caleb Taylor?

I went for Simons for another solid performance. Back line was excellent across the pitch though and very good to see Jasper back.
