Fin Back has been superb but I worry a little about his vulnerability to injury with the way he gets stuck in at pace. But one of the best debuts I’ve seen in a very long time.
Fred is offering nothing at the moment. Hard to think of a more frustrating player we've had in recent years - he should be tearing this league a new one.
Rovers clearly here for the taking, quite a poor disjointed team. Back made a really promising start. Good debut so far. Lubala and Fred are having odd games though.
We should have been 2-0 up in the first 15 mins. Somehow didn't score when we were on top. And now we've been dragged into a terrible game where none of our attackers can control a football. Glorious
We were the better side in the first half but we haven't done enough to create a genuine opening to score from, a lot of which is due to the poor performance from our front 3 especially Fred, would like to see GMac replace him at half time & possibly Kodua on for Lubala no later than the 60 minute mark.
Thankfully the O's have got it back all square at Wrexham.
Completely agree with all posters about Xav and Back. Both superb. But don’t overlook Josh and Caleb either. Both of them been excellent too. How good is it to have Caleb Taylor back?!
As @prufrock_91 says this could easily fizzle out into a 0-0 if we don't put our foot on the gas. Rovers are clearly happy with a fragmented game and will take their time on every set piece.
Second half we need snappier passing, to cut out the sloppy errors and start forcing their fully backs to do some defending.
I feel like if we are going to score tonight, it’s going to be one of Taylor or Low from a set piece. As the majority have said, we seem rather toothless up front this evening. This is probably the type of game for an Alex Samuel.
Front 3 non existent. Rest are very positive especially the new guys. No strikers on the bench is a problem and with our prolific transfer activity it’s strange we didn’t bring one in.

It's quite ironic that the position group with almost no upheaval is the one holding us back!
Just a few stray touches from Scowen and Humphreys, usually so consistent, letting us down too.
Lowe and Taylor are some force at the back, and Back hasn't played badly either
Fred's workrate looks so poor.
Back has been really solid, Simons looks very silky with his vision 7 passing, on the other hand Fred looks disinterested and his touch is lousy.
Kone can not come back soon enough

I could see us and Wrexham exchanging goalscoring prowess at this rate - us grinding out 1-0s, 0-0s and 1-1s and them finding their scoring boots.
Lubala and Udoh have been very poor. Almost guaranteed a heavy touch whenever we've been in a good position

It's a good job Rovers are terrible
He's frustrating enough to make me want to clean the office!
front 3 have been so poor. offering nothing for the midfield
good job we've got vokes to bring....oops. No striker on the bench!!
We've let Rovers drag us into a scruffy affair, where every foul gets stopped and every ball off takes an age to be retrieved.
If we don't show urgency in the 2nd half, you fear that's how the season will Peter out.

We must have gone from highest scorers in the league to among the lowest in the last month
Really impressed with Fin Back. Humphreys roaming as the 10 is helping to control the game from the midfield. Just missing a cutting edge.

We have a great midfield but poor front 3. No movement or control.
Can’t wait to see the two cockney kids up front before too long. Kone and Kodua. For Udoh and Fred. QED.

It isn't hoofball though!
Back and Xavier looking great..... we are generally playing very well.
However our forwards need to pull their fingers out of their arses. Bristol are poor.... we should be walking this

Two real positives. Back and Simons.
I almost wish we had loaned Lubala out, as it would take away the temptation to maroon him out wide.

I'd hook Fred and either Udoh or Bez and play Gmac and Kodua with the remaining one of Udoh/Bez staying in the middle.
This half will certainly be a test of how Dodds uses subs to try and change a game.
