The official website says audio only for UK based fans. Hope that’s not the case. I will be confined to barracks of course as usual but it’s going to be “super” cold at Adams Park this evening so wrap up well everyone.
Sharp frost last night but pitch should be ok and I hope really that the undersoil heating hasn’t been on because I don’t think those three days that it was on last month did the turf any favours.
Having a rare venture to the game tonight, bringing my 10 year old to his first Wycombe game. ( home game, he did the wembley final). Annoyingly the other side of the family have got him Stoke Citied already.
Anyway, parking at the school for the first time, what's the walk like? About 20mins?
But basically, I don't get to games that often, for a variety of reasons, so this is a rare trip out. As its half term I'm bringing my son to his first home game, I took him to wembley last season.
My wife's family are all Stoke City fans, and my son has been indoctrinated into following them, so trying to get a bit of WWFC into him.
Perfectly. I’ve been retired for 30 years and have all the time in the world. Lucky in a way but now virtually housebound because of several serious health issues.
Was it @Major who posted here recently to say that Kone wouldn't be back till the Birmingham game? A bit disappointed that Phil hasn't asked Dodds about his availability at all.
I remember my first trip to AP like it was yesterday. Tuesday night under the lights will make it all the more magical. Let’s hope by the time you walk back to the car he’s forgotten all about Stoke City.
The match is showing in the NowTV app, so I'd assume it will be watchable on WanderersTV in the UK. Can't remember if this is a Saturday fixture from earlier rearranged to a Tuesday which might account still showing as audio only in the UK.
I'm getting a great feeling about tonight. I can see us shrugging off this indifferent form and giving the Pirates a jolly rogering. Simons will give us the midfield control we've been missing. I've been known to be wrong of course.
Indeed it was. There is hope he will be back available on the bench for the weekend but most likely rested until Birmingham. Knee injury picked up against Barnsley.
I remember going to watch Bristol Rovers v Wycombe at Twerton Park in Bath in 1996. They had Marcus Stewart up front we had John Williams and Dave Farrell. Last game at Twerton!
My wife spotted the Brizzle team at the hotel she was training at today. Apparently they looked especially miserable.
Secondly as I was ascending the travelator in Sainsbury’s today I was stuck behind a shopper with a big shop. My eyes began to wander around as I passed the time whereby I saw a name on each panel of glass that I passed. ‘KONE’ it said. I drew closer to try and read the writing underneath. There were some numbers then the word ‘ TOUGHENED’.

With a child? 25 mins ish.
Gosh, what strange times we’re living in. A ten year old surely ought to be able to keep pace with his dad.
And am I alone in being bemused by @benks’ first paragraph?
Body supplied as requested.
It was slightly rushed and not fully checked.

Hope it clarifies.
We've had a massive hoodoo over Rovers for the last few years now. Long may that continue
Next season we could be playing Stoke, you need to get him straightened out before that happens.
Hoping to see some of the new players, and have everything crossed Simons starts so we can get Cam doing what Cam does best.
I assume no news is bad news with Kone?
Also, we must have played Rovers more times than any other team since coming up to the Football League:

I've looked up various other teams, and none get anywhere near in terms of games played against

Hope you and your boy have a great evening.
It will be another evening where the discussion about who isn't playing could dominate the build up rather than who is.
If Doddy decides to make no changes from Saturday it won't be a discussion, more like Lord of the Flies on here.

13th August 1994, was mine. I was 14, so just bit older than my boy is now.
Hope he's as excited as I was after that game.
Hope he enjoys the game!

That will certainly be a conscious decision from the club to not allow the information to get out. Phil is well in touch with what the fans want!
They seem very downbeat about this one over in BS7:

Looks like they'll be very light in midfield, let's hope we can take advantage of that. Possibly a good one for Simons to make a start.
Would quite like to see Kodua get a run out tonight, with McCleary on for the final 20-30mins.

Udoh looked dangerous at the weekend, so a chance for him to fill his boots tonight.
Possibly as a result of the lunge from behind that led to the Barnsley player being sent off.

19 League Seasons against Rovers
Oxford or Northampton next on 16 seasons.
Rovers miles ahead with us playing them 45 times since we came up from the Conference, Northampton 37 and Oxford 35.
There were 2 good omens out and about today.

What does it all mean?
A comfortable 3-0 victory to the Chairboys.
There is no way Kone would have slid on an injured knee when celebrating his winner v Barnsley.
