We had the best of the first 20 and should have scored, they best of the next twenty and should have scored but we finished the half strong.
Really like Bradley and Low at the back, Lowry looks good. Preston picked on Skura early on but he's grown into the game. We look purposeful with the ball and PNE have to work hard to create space when they have it.
Yes, Kone he is not. Bez looks exposed out on his own. He’s not short of enthusiasm though. And a couple of tackles of gone in against him where the ref hasn’t picked up.
Completely agree, but he’s probably still playing at his winger weight rather than his lone striker weight. He’s also up against Liam Lindsay who is playing in the middle of a back 3. He’s a man mountain. Lubala won’t win one aerial duel against him all day. I think that’s why Norris is bypassing Lubala (consciously) and going over the top to their goalkeeper. Kone would fare much better, but obviously he’s unavailable. Vokes wouldn’t be able to shift laterally to slow down their build up play, so I agree with the Udoh suggestion. Definitely wouldn’t make any subs hastily here. A good showing so far.
mouthed off at the ref afterwards, then kicked the ball 20 yards down the park. Another ref might have not pretended to be unaware.
Strong start to the game, definitely second best the last 25 though, not much of a sniff at goal whereas Preston have unlocked us a couple of times and should have been one up.
Ravs kicking last season was very good, and it was earlier this season, but quite a few people have noticed his kicking last few months has deserted him a bit, it's been nowhere near as good. I think Norris looks very solid, Lowry has looked OK as well.
But it was either this stream minutes behind, or one closer to real time with sound that kept buffering.
So had to be the former really.
Goalie looks decent on the ball, Lowry definitely looks like he's played before.
Fred unlucky not to put us one up.
Bez not getting much change out of their big centre backs, although Osmajic seemed genuinely surprised that smashing Bez to the floor late on was a foul.
He was not impressive v Cambridge sadly. He needs to find space for himself more, in tight situations he too often fouls but when he runs onto the ball is much more effective.
Lubala is such an awkward player to fit in because he really lacks an obvious position. As the first half has shown, he’s not physical enough to effectively hold the ball up. Either side and he’s not direct enough, too often checking back and killing any momentum.
You can load up 3 Counties on BBC Sounds, then pause it til you get it synced up to the vision. That's what I've done. Sam Avery always good but the summariser is a school kid.

Has Osmajic bitten anyone yet?
Any news on why Berry isn’t in the squad?
I doubt it was the kicking they were looking to upgrade. Rav fell short in other areas as we know.
Dirty tackle from Osmajic on Bez. Banned for 8 games last year for biting, seems like a lovely bloke
Just booked for barging Bez off the ball, shoulder to back from behind. Even his own team mates were annoyed with him.
He does seem like a fairly volatile bloke
Anyone with a link to the game?
https://sportsstreamlives.net/fancy/ch11.php works for me. May need to refresh a few times to get through the ads - make sure to use a VPN and a good virus checker!

Found this one after clicking through a few ads worked fine all half.

I might switch Udoh for Bez at half time.

Vokes to make his comeback by coming on to head in the winner?

Cup tied isn't he?
If it hadn't been you posting this I'd have thought this was the classic "ask the question that has been answered a lot" routine.
But not sure that's your humour!
Cup tied if it was a genuine question!!
Watching on Optus, an Australian channel streamed via an app called Timmy Lee TV on my mate’s firestick. Running 2 mins behind but otherwise fine.
So far so good but this would be a different game if the King was on.
Slightly surreal watch on a stream with no sound.

Brimful of Asha to kick off the second half.
I really don’t know what Osmajic’s arguing with the ref after the yellow could be other than ‘he’s still walking isn’t he?’
Everybody needs a bossom for a pillow - sage.
Certainly hope so.
Yes, one of the more cut and dried fouls of the game. Moan about the yellow maybe, but still probably not.
I'm sure the FA brought in a rule about dissent being punished more, but as usual that sort of things wears off, or is applied very inconsistently.

Dodds is going to have a fun time trying to keep our squad happy when a few players get up to speed fitness wise.
Ta not a bad shout, but will prob stay as I am as it all feels finely balanced on a dodgy laptop to at least keep the picture on!
Bradley was sent off for less than that last week.
