After the day we’ve had?
Surely, Goalle Goalluffson's Wycombe Wanderers by then ?
So I got what I wanted but I don’t really fancy going any more. We’ll see in a few weeks.
Sorry. Sorry. Sorry
I wonder what team Rice will put out!
Can’t believe the Gasroom hasn’t taken the opportunity for some gallows humour in these difficult times.
Can’t believe Dan hasn’t re- signed the FC Astoria Walldorph centre back……
Max Muller
At 30 probably too old but….. still great from corners.
I’ll get me coat!
RICE XI
(4-5-1)
Paddy Fielding
Robbie Rice (c)
Max Müller
David Mc(prawn)Crackers
Joe Cobb Salad Rice
Darren Curry
Stefan Oates
Lewis Cook
Marcus Bean
Dennis Oil
Jon-Paul Pittaman
Saturday 3pm kick off confirmed for PNE.
Take that. Was hoping it wouldn't clash with the Everton game but I'll be taking the kids to Preston.
With Preston having been held by Matt Bloomfield’s Luton Town today, they now face three teams on the cusp of the playoffs. They could be on a rotten streak come the FA Cup tie and be on the edge of the drop zone themselves. The plot thickens.
Will it be possible to watch from Vippienne?
WWFC website has this "This fixture has not been selected for TV broadcast anywhere in the world".
Whether that also applies to iFollow I've no idea.
The FA certainly know how to elevate the status of their competition internationally!
FA Cup matches aren’t on IFollow/Wanderers TV.
Only EFL competitions.
Someone's gonna have to stream it with their phone in the away end
Apparently if you look for an app called something like Live Player, it shows pretty much any game anywhere. So I’ve been told.
I've used Live player before, it's a bit hit and miss
Sensible prices, hopefully it's the same for us.
£10 is a great price!
Will be welcomed by anyone being robbed blind paying £110 for the train
Always the coach if you're anywhere near local.
Sadly not, so have never been on one of the supporters coaches, should try it one day.
@StrongestTeam and other train travellers..
You can nearly halve the cost by splitting your tickets on long journeys.
E.g. returns from hw-brum and brum-preston total around £60.
You may get it even cheaper by splitting further.
The last government said they were going to sort out these ridiculous price differences but I've seen no evidence of it yet.
(Note: the Birmingham to Preston price above is for advance tickets so may not be available on the day)
Split the Journey would be
Wycombe - Leamington Spa
Leamington Spa to Coventry
Direct from Coventry
(just a suggestion?)
Ignore that, there is a rail replacement bus between the Bicester stations!
Another suggestion is that you travel via Tring / Berko? Change at MK for a direct train to Preston?
If going from High Wycombe you can’t do better than the supporters coaches.
