My dream management team, a fan a week as boss like Gape (cause like many others , I just dont know who will do good for us in this situation) advised by O'Neil. Goal keepers Taylor and Stockdale coaching with Browny and rhino as defence coaches. Jesus's and Gupp's as the midfield duo and Akinfenwa and Tyson showing how to score goals. At least I trust would hope all love the club.
I'm fairly certain Claus was just a social media driven rumour based on lazy assumptions that we are trying to be "like Brentford". Whing coming out of nowhere is interesting.
A little lucky he lasted the season though - got thumped at Bolton and could have easily got the sack then.. then put a decent run together towards the play offs .. 3 home games in last week of season should have seen them comfortably in play offs but they almost missed out relying on other results..
but tbf did a cracking job against Alan Swan’s lot and Pep Evatt at Wembley ..
Yeah I Woodman. I'm sure they can Russell something up, Des going to be lots of speculation but it seems to be even Steven's at the moment. Perhaps some have a Claus in their contract that we have to meet.
I agree - I have never felt for even 30 seconds this season that Birmingham would not win the league. I hope they pound Wrexham and Huddersfield into fine dust!
I spoke to an ITK in a pub in Mansfield today who told us that his brother is good mates with Des Buckingham's best mate in Bicester. Apparently Des was at Adams Park this week for an interview. Take that with a pinch of salt
Apologies if the above article has already been posted. Claus seems a jolly sort of chap and he seemed to be coming across quite well in the first few minutes of his, presumably arrival, interview at Brentford. I didn’t have the patience at the time to watch any more of it. The win, draw, lose stats quoted in the article are, shall we say, disappointing.
Some guy on the Gasroom was in the pub with someone who’s brother’s mate knows Des Buckingham’s best mate? Reminds me of the list of people with clearance for Operation Winkle.
I admit that it sounds tenuous. But this bloke showed me WhatsApp messages from his brother, saying something along the lines of "I was talking to Ian in the pub in Bicester, and he says that Des was at Adams Park yesterday". Believe what you will
It does sound like a Twitter / Betting compiled list of the right sort of people based on tenuous links, geography and guesswork around playing style. The next boss could come from that list but it could also just mean people don't know and it could be someone entirely random.
New people in charge, the obvious nature of appointing Blooms last time , and probably Gaz before that means we haven't really been through this process is the best part of 15 years.
Sam Grace did himself no harm over the last few days if it isn't a done deal

Steven Schumacher's odds meanwhile have shortened to 3/1 pretty rapidly.
Buckingham is down to 5/2
My apologies, he's back out to 3/1 again, same as Schumacher
If Rice always had someone lined up to replace Blooms, I would have thought his identity would have come out by now from someone in the know
Maybe Blooms’ rapid departure caught Danuard by surprise?
Holden still 8/1

Doh. Grace . Yup also rhino was not a defender and Gupp's maybe more of a forward.
No spottings in the stand today then?
No spottings but some movement in the market today: https://www.oddschecker.com/insight/football/20250114-next-wycombe-manager-odds-premier-league-manager-to-replace-bloomfield
Is something going on? Non-league Andy Whing is the new favourite and Claus has dropped to 3-1.
My vote goes to Sanch...

An ex-Oxford player managing Wycombe would rile a few of theirs I'm sure
Somebody (Whing's agent) has put a tenner on him.
Although I'm sure Ryan said that MON used to say he could play higher up the leagues as a defender.
It was John Gregory that said that

Really want to get the new guy in place by midweek ahead of back-to-back home games - great chance for him to gather some instant momentum
Certainly a decent opportunity to get even more of a margin going as Birmingham have Wrexham then Huddersfield.
Although we don't want to rule winning the league out, it'd probably be better Birmingham winning both those.

That’s more of a conundrum than a plausible attempt to convince anyone that Des is a bona fide candidate.

All that i know is, don't believe that all those candidates a true.

Money going on Leam Richardson. Strange as terrible record at Rotherham.
