Given the current management upheaval at West Brom, what does that mean for Caleb Taylor's loan spell; especially given the current CB issues The Baggies are having.

I suspect they will leave him with us to finish the season as he is making such good progress, but you can never be sure

West Brom fans appear more divided on him now:
Given that most of their defence are out injured, there is every chance he is getting recalled unfortunately.
They currently have four players who are capable of playing at CB and are fit. McNair will have been back in training for two weeks come Jan 1st making that 5.
Three are CB’s and two are LB’ or RB’s who can also play CB.
Two of those five are on loan. McNair’s loan finishes Jan 31st and he will definitely be going back to his parent club. Holgate will remain at West Brom as Everton have already told him he will be released at the end of this season.
Surely with a new manager coming into WBA, he will want to have a look at all players, so unfortunately I expect Taylor to be recalled.
