  • I went Jasper again, but Bakinson, Hartridge and Kone were all superb too.

  • Pattenden for me, Hartridge and Bakinson a joint second

  • A positive coming out of that game is certainly being able to trust a couple of the guys who have struggled to get look-ins.

  • I’ve gone for Alan Partridge as he’s not had the best of times here but was excellent tonight.

Between Hartridge and Bakinson tonight. Went for the former as, given his limited game time, he really stepped up and hopefully assuaged a few concerns should Harvie be injured/suspended in future.

  • Hartridge was an adequate stand in but we would sorely miss Harvie if he was out for any time.

  • Good to see some of the guys who have not had many minutes coming in and playing well. Went for Bakinson myself - strong in the tackle always involved and some good short passes to set us away

Having Rav, Low & Taylor in the heart f defence is a bit of a cheat code tbh, all 3 were excellent tonight.

Pattenden & Hartridge were really good both defensively & pushing up.

Midfield was solid & the front line ran themselves into the ground.

    Cracking team performance.

For me the stand outs were Bakinson & Hartridge who both took their chance to shine tonight with Bakinson just edging out Hartridge for me.

  • I went Hartridge, definitely shut a few up tonight

  • Agreed, but that’s no slight on Hartridge - they are just very different players. Alex is a CB/LB hybrid whereas Dan is a LB/LWB hybrid, and so they offer very different things

  • Yeah, I sense Hartridge's most natural role is the LCB in a 3

Jasper for me, not just for the work rate but he’s clever with the ball.

  • Hartridge for me. Funny, I didn't think that was one of Jasper's best games tonight, a few mistakes I thought

  • I thought Bakinson was composed all night. Hartridge stepped in well too. Neither bring the same forward play of those they replaced but it shows they’re there when needed.

I voted for Fred, and think I may be the only one. In a night where creativity was limited the decent opportunities nearly all came from moves he orchestrated.

  • He’s still guilty of a wrong decision from time to time, normally involving a quick punt to nobody when he has time to pick a pass or playing it out when there are better options.

Overall though he did OK, and I’m really pleased his form is getting more consistent. (I’d still like a right footed Dan Harvie, if there’s one going, mind you).

  • Went for Bakinson, though I think our back four were excellent as well. Couple of good saves for Franco as well. Hartridge a good stand in at Left back.

  • Jasper so consistent now.

  • Taylor for me today.

  • Kone for me. Worked so so hard for the team

    What a player

  • Jasper was great, but Taylor is so underrated as you expect total solidity

Was going to vote for the ref as he was so desperate to get the award

  • Did we all watch the same game? I thought Hartridge looked a bit of a donkey. Relatively solid at the back, but like a rabbit in the headlights whenever he went beyond the halfway line

  • Hartridge,, exceeded expectations

  • Kone put in a great shift, but I didn't vote for him due to that late chance when Udoh put in a cross to him, and he was in the box between two defenders. He should at least have got his shot on target, but completely fluffed the chance to make it 1-0.

I went for Rav, for his fine save right at the end.

  • Jasper for me. Honourable mentions to Kone and Bakinson

  • Pattenden for me, yes he made mistakes but I felt that the positive aspects to his play outweighed them.

  • The whole back 5 were really solid and the front 4 worked so hard. For me I voted Bakinson who stepped up with the absence of Scowen and Morley to make a commanding performance.

  • This feels like a minority view on here, but I think Bakinson is a mixed bag at best. There was a period towards the end of the first half where he gave possession away 4 or 5 times in ten minutes woth a mixture of loose touches and poor passes, and I'm always nervous he's going to lose the ball in front of the defence. I do recognise he's got a good pyhsical presence and does his fair share of winning the ball back, but I'm genuinely curious as to what others are seeing that I'm clearly missing?

I went for Taylor for MOM. Really hope he is with us for the season - the partnership with Low is amongst the best I've ever seen for us.
