Looks like it’s a beautiful day weatherwise in Shrewsbury. Same as here and it certainly makes people more inclined to get out and about. Also, the locals will be intrigued no doubt to see a contest between sides managed by two old colleagues with very different philosophies when it comes to style of play. That has certainly piqued our own interest.
For those reasons I think many of us may have underestimated today’s attendance.
Collectively we had an average prediction of 518 - an underestimate of the impressive actual number by just 16. Interestingly our collective average was however boosted by around six by the 745 away crowd prediction of Chat gpt alone.
Perhaps Chat gpt can see into the future and is already factoring that into the numbers. 😁.

I’d just like to say that there is no truth in the rumour that I freeze-framed a shot of the Wycombe contingent and went 1,2,3,4 ……..
@railwaysteve , sorry to be a pain but I think my prediction of 5,599 is 138 out ie 12th best.
It would also mean this score changes my 10 best overall (currently 400 to beat), which may change the overall season table?
