Brought the York ticket from the ticket office, and asked the lad to if he wants my season ticket number he said no need, so looks like I won’t get a ticket.
I have a code. When I ordered York tickets I booed two using my ticket account and assigning one to Her Indoors, also a STH, within my booking. She has no code.
I’m assuming one code per STH who signed into the ticketing system.
Hi, I also had the problem with the code error. Club ticket office sorted it…you need to ignore the second request for the code and go straight to payment. After you select ticket, some browsers/laptops go back to a box asking for the code and it then says “already used” Ignore and click on the bar at top that says payment.
it was all too much confusion for me.oh and club will send you a second code if you purchased York tickets for more than one STH.
Ridiculous time for a cup tie and I cannot go...but I assume the initial worries about it severely affecting attendance and sales have calmed down a bit.
Got my ticket and so looking forward to this game simply as a reminder of one of only a handful of Wycombe games my dad took me to. FA Amateur Cup 3rd Round 1970 and this 9 year old thought the ground was going to burst with the amount of people in it.
For me that was a classic Wycombe line up. It also looks like there were 3 players in the Wealdstone line up that would go on to play for The Blues in the 70s.
As a non season ticket holder I'm very much hoping the daft kick off time and tv coverage will put off some season ticket holders. Likewise, I'd be surprised if there isn't a couple of hundred or so left for general sale.
There will be plenty left tomorrow. The appetite to go to a game that is in the morning when lots of parents are taking kids to activities will reduce demand, and its free to air.
Any suggestions for parking or is everyone going via public transport?
I've seen some fans tweeting the club directly calling it a "disgrace" and showing "utter contempt" to fans. One of whom is a regular Wycombe related podcaster and (unless I'm mistaken) a STH who can just buy a ticket tomorrow. It's a decision that is always going to disappoint someone - the club can't really win. Imo - this was a pretty clever way of dividing up the STH pot when there isn't enough to go round (if every STH was to try and buy a ticket, that is). I think some people need to grow up and stop being so dramatic about everything. Or maybe that's just twitter!

Does the code allow you to buy more than one ticket, or is it one per purchase? Not entirely clear on the WWFC tickets article. Thanks!
one code per ticket

@DJWYC14 Is the code via email?
Yes, titled 'Wealdstone Tickets Now Available'
Got mine, email with code and link came through on the dot and simple process once on the Wealdstone site.
Thanks, will keep a look out.
One friend is getting a "code already used" error message when he tries to get his ticket. Will try calling the club.

is this the same for others?
I had this problem. Worked on a pc browser rather than phone
He was trying on his laptop so has emailed the club to see if they can sort it.

One of the essential ingredients of a good Cup tie is problems/arguments over tickets.
Some real bed-wetting on Twitter / X going on. FA Cup heritage.
Hindsight is wonderful. I couldn't go to York due to inlaws 50th Wedding Anniversary down in Wales.
Am sure lots have a sob story but I think in future years I'll be buying FA Cup tickets even if I cannot go!
Fingers crossed there are some left for tomorrow as there were 2150 home fans for York...
Don't think the bed wetting on X is restricted to FA Cup, I just think it's what the platform ends up encouraging.

I still think pretty much everyone who wants a ticket will get one.
Does Anyone know how many ST holders we have these days? I always assume around 2k.

Astonishingly (to me any way) the match programme is reproduced on this site https://www.wfchistory.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/19700131_Wealdstone_v_Wycombe_Wanderers.pdf

Not a bad Wycombe line-up is it @Wisdom_Of_Harry?
Bernie Bremer, Gary Hand & Dave Bullock all played for Wycombe
and Johnny Hutch had just switched from Wealdstone to Wycombe that season...
100%.
I reckon there will be plenty left by say Thursday and the rush to buy within an hour of release today will look slightly overly keen.
Club refused to do that for Her Indoors.

I bought tickets for York without without using my linked season ticket account. Does that mean I'm not entitled?
You can either contact the club ASAP tomorrow or just wait until 12pm when you'll be in the next wave of sales anyway
Fans who go to 35 away games a year but never buy a season ticket?

I see Twitter is just the same as when I binned it almost a year ago...
