I've been around years, and I bang on about the O'Neill years and how amazing they were and I'm sure it's boring for fans who weren't even born then.
So those young fans especially, I'm talking to you: enjoy this, savour these moments, this is your golden era. This is the time you'll be banging on about in 30 years time.
You have to realise what a special moment this is and just try to savour it as much as you can and get to as many games as you can. I promise you, it won't always be this good, and that's ok. That's as much a part of being a football fan as anything this.
I was just saying this to my brothers. If we played any of them now I'd fancy us getting more than we got. We deservdley lost both of those games.
We still have Sadlier, Taff, Hanlan and Vokes to come back. Nobody even talks about Vokes at all which is bonkers when you think about it! He could be very useful when games start to cluster.
That was a demolition of what I had been led to believe was a team with playoff aspirations. We made them look like relegation fodder tonight.
It was the performance you get from title contenders. Chance to go top? Let’s go out and take that chance by ruthlessly crushing our opponent and show we aren’t up there because of luck.
We are now greater than the sum of our parts and barring an injury crisis should see promotion as a valid goal that is achievable through hard work and focus, rather than something we might get through luck and the misfortune of other clubs.
Got to admit that I was worried about this game before k.o., how wrong could I have been? That was a 9 out of 10 performance and the score line could have been even more convincing. Every single player contributed to an outstanding win and playing like that we can beat any team in the division. We look on course for a memorable season.
well I watched every moment of that game and it was jaw droopingly good. Definite pen for the first, Couldn't believe how they didn't challenge Fred and effectively gave him a free shot at goal, which I may add he finished superbly. As for the third, it was King Kone being his usual instinctive "right place, right time". Personally I thought County were just playing thuggish and appeared surprised by the combo of Taylor and Low standing up to them, with Josh mixing his small frame into a mini powerhouse & class when he wriggled free. Just how you pick a MOM from all the team is beyond me. 🤷♂️

I have a bottle of very expensive whisky kept waiting for a special occasion... Do we think that this was it?
Calm down? There's a Presidential all-nighter up next.
Wet beds all round.
He is on radars for sure now! From the QPR forum - so close to not being dumb, but the poster ruined it at the end.
Yes bore right off QPR.
I couldn't dislike them more if they were bought by Trump and put Boris Johnson as their PR manager.
I think I'm in love with that linesmanwoman

But this......this is very very special
Jasper did really well tonight.
And Blooms has put together a team of ball players front to back, starting with a keeper comfortable with the ball at his feet…just brilliant to watch

I am crossing every knuckle I have to plead - please can we not have our squad ripped apart in January. We are going to be targeted like never before.
Brilliant tonight. Loads of positives and great to hear Matt's name getting sung towards the end.
Can't wait for Wigan away on Saturday now.
Technically our first choice goalie hasn't played for months either
Really?
This is where Lommy's money comes in. He can make the current squad offers they can't refuse.
We have 3 x first choice gks. Feel particularly bad for George. Looked good the other day but how can you drop Rav?
If it's Islay then save it for automatic promotion, Japanese? Yeah, drink it tonight.
That delicious moment when you realize this game was initially postponed for international call ups.
I am LOLing for real here. 🤣
All so they could play Fiorini…who they then hooked at half time
Stockport certainly played 4D chess with us there!
Just on the way back from Stockport and that's one of the best ever nights as a Wycombe fan - how good were we....
I'm full ROFL Harris
In all the excitement I'd forgotten that. Truly justice is done.

Bring on Wigan.
I did! On the supporters coach. Best Wycombe performance I've ever seen in my life. Will probably never see anything that good again
Excellent !

...At least not until Saturday anyway.
Home by 10:45 after the best night supporting these boys in a long time. Viva la Wycombe, viva Matty Bloomfield
I mean…you were close!
I'm very much hoping away to Orient on 26th April is going to be pretty special when we look at the table come 5pm that day.
Oh, look who we could invite to the AP party on May 3rd?
