  • Great to see the magic of the cup lives in amongst some fans

  • If anyone still wants to go, online ticket sales only.

  • What's the capacity these days at The Meadow, is it still 5000.

What a great turnout if they get close to 5000.

  • In the summer the Chesham Chairman said they would install a new turnstile, which would raise the capacity this season to 4,620. Someone has said the capacity tonight is 4,000, which could be correct with it being segregated and an evening game. Lincoln had a 600 allocation.

  • In fact 600 is 15% of 4000, which fits perfectly with the FA Cup 15% away allocation figure.

  • Is it definitely segregated? I'm not sure it is

Also, Lincoln have returned tickets so they won't have as many as 600

  • Camera positions may also compromise capacity.

  • It'll be an amazing atmosphere there tonight

  • Confirmed as 5,000 capacity then.

  • Is their pitch even narrower than ours? It looks super narrow on tv

  • On the same subject.... is our narrow pitch now as advantageous with our Bloomsball instead of Gareth ainsworth route one?

  • But sad to see one end and corner half empty. Safety rules or Imps not travelling?

  • It looks like away tickets that were returned and sold to home fans. I guess that explains the online only sales this morning. But it is a shame.

  • Chesham still in at HT but have a few ricks in them and could get picked off second half. Great atmosphere albeit slightly tarnished by the silly flare throwing.

Interesting to hear the commentator talk of their EFL ambitions. Imagine how EFL action in Chesham would affect our already small catchment! Anyway, back to it.

  • Argh. Clear handball for their second. Would have been chalked off had there been VAR

  • Saxon Earley on for Lincoln.

The attendance was 3,963. Edit - 364 Imps made the journey, so it does seem that 4,000 was the capacity for the game. Segregation didn't seem to be in place, the fans swapped ends at half-time.

  • Like how it should be! Many happy memories of quickly grabbing some food from the kiosk before making a dash down the opposite end of the pitch.

Is it a generational thing though, because my Grandpa used to stand on the halfway line for every game and didn’t move at all at half time.

  • Flare throwing, who does that on their big TV night? I assume not a Chesham regular, unless they have an Ultras group.

The dangers of a big crowd, obviously including some dimwits who would not normally turn out.
