Searching for a York fan forum, to see what they think. Can't fine one anywhere apart from an old one that seems to be defunct now. Any ideas, anyone else found one ?
Not a bad first half against opposition that would compete in the lower reaches of our league. We were full value for a two goal lead but their goal was a quality finish.
Also I'm starting to worry about whether some of kids behind the goal might be showing signs of early onset dementia judging by the amount of times they've sung "we forget that you were here" to the away following.
Interesting background for Alex Hartridge. Only 25. Essentially a one club man with 130 or so appearances for home club, Exeter City but, as a teen/20 year old, had eight loan spells, five with Truro and three with Bath City.
I remember being slightly surprised when, in his first interview at Adams Park, in answer to a question about his motivation for uprooting, he explained that he had decided he wanted to see how his life might develop in a different culture in a different part of the country.
Very different character and style of play to Richard Keogh but probably the most fringe player in the current squad.

Co-comm is Charlie but can’t place him.
penalty
Get in
I could see this being very tight but our bench being the difference.
Thanks
Sounds a bit like the YouTube fella (Wycombe on tour??). Not sure.
I could see this being a very tight 1-0 lead but our bench making the difference. (Let's see if it works again).
Game over
Could well be. I’ve been desperately trying to think of a recent player of that name, half expecting to be saying “aah yes of course, silly me”.
Gideon Puts us 2 up after another slick move
awful shame to see the very excellent Peterborough Utd already floundering 2-0 down away to Newport.

Even better is Newport County being 2 up at home to Posh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
According to BBC York commentary they're a far bigger club than us.
Of course they are. Trillionnaire owner no doubt.
Whoops !!
Death, taxes and Hartridge costing a goal. Other than that, fantastic start. Really impressed.
Damn, that goal makes this interesting
Does anyone else get Keogh flashbacks with Hartridge?
This has the makings of a cracking match.
If Kodua could make the most of his pace, he'd be immense

Half time entertainment has taken a very strange turn.
You have to be here to understand that comment.
I do hope someone posts a video of this somewhere.
Tbf, Hartridge error or not, it was a heck of a hit.

Struggle to see a regular game for him really. Arguably 5th choice Centre back now?
Very obscure. And probably not to be repeated.
think you went a tad early with this !! We should be out of sight but York look dangerous coming forward
Charlie Goff. I believe he has done co-comms before for 3CR.
