Apparently the cricket world refrains from declaring in limited overs matches following the farce when Somerset declared after one over.
The alternative is to do what England have been doing in order to get time, potentially, to bowl Australia out. But apparently it’s already drizzling so a tied series which if today had been dry England had arguably become favourites to win.

I’ll answer that myself. They’ve obviously gone for a quick slog and rapid loss of wickets instead!
Maybe a couple of hours (30 overs) to bowl a demoralised Australia out ?
Time I tuned in. Could be interesting.
Death, taxes and England batting collapses remain three certainties of life!

Depends on the playing conditions.
Many competitions treat a declaration as having batted all overs, therefore won’t help for DLS purposes.
Actually, it’s a series win for Australia of course.
