Posh have run out of ideas while the PNLs are employing some anti-football tactics to get over the line (the horror). It’s been pretty ineffectual tippy tappy stuff over both legs tbh. And I know the Burrows chap won them the cup but his right-leg really is just for standing on.
Posh deserve to lose , they played some stupid tactics in the last few games, they tried to decide who they wanted to play and it backfired . It just unsettled their side they went to Oxford worried about their previous drubbing and just went all defensive rather then play their normal game.
When Ferguson gets so many plaudits for being an amazing coach I do wonder. They have some of the best players in the league, certainly the best strikers and arguably the best centre half pairing. So I would say they have the best recruitment team but certainly not the best coach else they would not be ballsing up the play offs.

it's what football is all about...and what the 'premier league' brigade will never understand
obvs anything but Oxford
Well obviously, but still!
And more positivly
come on t'wanderers
Peterborough get promoted fairly regularly, so it would be less of a big deal if they went up as opposed to Oxford.
Isn’t there some universal law that says if Rotherham and Peterborough end up in the same league the Earth will implode?
The first chap must have been @trevor!
PNLs playing a lot like an Ainsworth team here aren't they?
About time! Wycombe loves you Josh Knight!
Scratch that - Ainsworth's Wycombe kept a clean sheet!
Penalty to Oxford. That was very dumb by Posh.
This whole thread is useful, but the information here might be the most important:

‘Few other details:
- No new time slots created. Approx. 6 matches at Sat lunchtime, one or two on Fri PM/Sun lunch.
- TV selections through to January 2025 will be announced before the season.
- All games will get commentary and multi-camera.’
Oxford are winning the playoffs. Take it to the bank.
Agreed! I felt Peterborough were going to lose as soon as they played the kids against Cheltenham.

Cannot wait to see Poxford bottle it, in front of fans this time too.
Kane taken off with Bayern leading 1-0, and Real Madrid scored in 88 & 90+1 minute.
Poor old Harry

Joselu with the decisive brace. Joselu, the bloke who was absolutely rubbish for Newcastle and Stoke.
Have to agree. They had momentum and pissed it up.
Happy to see the PNL have a day out and lose.
Not a fan of Posh, Ferguson and their attention seeking chairman.
And then Bayern get a goal disallowed in the 90+14 because the lino flagged and it may have been onside, but the ref blew so VAR can't intervene.
A nazi club won
real madrid really are the scumiest club
I wish i was a young man in the 1930s
There is some consolation in Peterborough making a complete hash of things.
Brilliant video doing the rounds of a Peterborough fan leaving the ground tonight with ‘Wembley 2024’ on the back. Recycled from our game you hope!

When I read his work I always have this voice and image in my mind
'Unloveable Wycombe Wanderers' in the opening paragraph.
Don't ever change, Alann Swannn!
