It initially said Matt Crossley in the title which initially confused me as I’d listened to him chatting on the Heroes of HP12 podcast earlier, after having listened to Mark Crossley on the BBC last night.
Both were excellent listens.
For more Mark Crossley anecdotes on Clough, check out the Undr the Cosh podcast. It’s an absolutely fascinating peek behind the scenes with ‘Ol Big Head.
Also worth a read is Provided You Don’t Kiss Me which tells the story of the local press reporter and his relationship with Cloughie over the years. It’s quite moving actually.
That’s precisely why I spacked up the title, Timmy Mallet word association - Crossley = Matt, it’s automatic.
Oddly I recently loaded a podcast where I thought it was Timmy Mallet being interviewed.
Upon listening I realised it was Tommy Mallet, some reality TV bloke.
