From a footballing perspective, Evans getting Stevenage to the brink of Championship football is not to be sniffed at whatever style they play (Sound familiar) and as entertainment on 3CR he comes close to the Rev for me...although Jones never sounded like he was wheezing himself into a serious medical condition during interviews
All the articles about him seem to suggest he is a nice bloke liked by his players.
Perhaps the things that he does and says just come over badly.
I never really minded him despite his past fraud until he suggested that a player knocked out to the extent there were genuine fears for his long term health, was just a standard game to game incident.
I tried to book seats during the ST window to include 5 ST holders and one causal attender and singularly failed to make it to checkout, the first issue of which was we were unable to get 6 seats together. Eventually when I split us I couldn’t get it to register my causal attendee.
I was going to try again later but it doesn’t sound like I’m going to fare much better!
Makes you wonder why the club don't organise a load of coaches to and from Adams Park. I can remember when we've done that before for bigger League Cup or FA Cup ties. Would surely be enough demand to be able to break even at the very least.
will a single person be able to buy more than 6 tickets at some point? I want to get about 14 for casual supporters & family but I’m the only ST holder.
Apologies if I've missed it in the previous 15 pages but does anybody know how the game can be watched internationally?
I'll be in Tenerife after failing to to convince my wife that either cutting our holiday short or leaving her with the kids whilst I fly home are good ideas. At least I'll be able to pretend I'm not attending due to my hatred of the competition.
The clubs' and FL website offer not detail. I'm assuming there will be no Wanderers TV like with the semi-final.
That's my backup plan but the Sky Go app isn't always ultra reliable when using VPN. I think trips to that beautiful part of the world will become more difficult in the not too distant future.

I was probably referring to the size of his —— brain.
That's fair

This ticket selling system is utterly ludicrous. There are currently no seats together on sale outside of the safe standing areas!
It is not good.

That was utter scumbaggeration.
Agreed painfully slow, currently at least 25+ of our group waiting to buy tickets together, preferably down the side.
Bloody hopeless way of doing things 😡
The 'head knock'? Totally agree @Malone

How big is your group? Unless you just count a massive section of the terrace as your group.🤣
As a ST holder you can buy 6 seats in your own right, so 5 of you can buy 30. There should be no issue with your 1 non ST holder.
Currently there are many seats available towards the back of block 133 (and 132).
blocks 132 &133 are safe standing
Ha, so they are.
Good job I'm not going to use my phone when I actually book my tickets! That might have been a mistake I regretted.
I’ve emailed the club tonight asking for an update on when extra blocks are being made available.
There’s currently only 433 seats available across all the available blocks, with most right down the front behind the goal.
Not everyone wants to sit/stand behind the goal. Just feels painfully slow, especially as over 90% of the current blocks have been sold.
I’d understand them not opening up more if they weren’t selling.
No…safe standing is blocks 133 to 135
So 133 is safe standing but not 132?
I'd be inclined to think that the rear half of 132,closest to the goal (with spaces), was indeed safe standing.
🤷♂️
Maybe they've allocated a whole half a block for the drummer
Well he's banned from Adams Park, I believe, so he'll have plenty of pent up energy to work out.
And he wasn't allowed his drum at Reading so he's had a rest weekend too
He's got a decent flashlight on his phone though.
Chiltern Railways advice for the final. TLDR: don't bother. https://www.wwfc.com/news/2024/march/14/chiltern-railways-issue-travel-advice-for-wembley-final/?fbclid=PAAabB-RRQTSzYBgGPPxo-q_u1NFbdyR04JLwoOO5a4TrSckDcKUtPjgtFbLo

They need another 2 or 3 mentions about no trains before 11am.
Saw a couple of people moaning about it, but kick off is 4.30pm, so there's still 5 hours to revel that end if going at 11.
At the Sunderland game there was a lot of excitement about who was getting ‘Box Park’. I don’t really know what it is but who’s getting it this time?

It'll be on Sky (in the UK), don't know if you can use a VPN to teleport back?

Surely will be on in Tenerife bars - which all have dodgy boxes.
Got over 40 tickets today, all together, just had to wait for the new block to open.
Patience grasshopper.
