Oh, I've made a mess here. I kept thinking that Pete was Rob's son which is why I highlighted the point (without making one!)
However, I think its safe to say that Pete has left all of his roles at the club now. He classed himself as the "Sporting Director" at the end of the transfer window 20 days ago and he's the only one who was given a specific title of "Football Executive" from Company House.
Given the charge in favour of Mr Lomtadze has been announced months ago and with recent update from companies house, I imagine we are still waiting for EFL ratification hence the lack of announcement.
The geo-politics in that region are both complex and evolving to put it politely.
My source has told me that the delay in the sale comes from Rob intending to keep the club owned by someone in the Deep South, but he recently found out that it is not that Georgia.
It doesn't mean that their shareholding has changed yet, though it's unclear who would replace two key figures in the Couhig/Feliciana operation at such key positions.
The signs point to a change in Couhig's level of shareholding after Rob Couhig himself as declared publicly that he is thinking about his exit strategy. In the absence of news there will inevitably be speculation, though there's been relatively little of that so far that has strayed from established facts.
To be fair to @bargepole (which at times I struggle to do) I think the "thick" comments were just playing along with (I think) @Wendoverman very much tongue in cheek comment saying the same thing. Not sure he has quite "read the room" however. A little less confrontation perhaps required for a bit.

Missy is the current Mrs R Couhig

We are still set to make a £3m loss this year.
Yes “free” with agent fee, signing on fee, fair chunk of wage etc.
Rob has stated very clearly many times that he will not continue to fund our losses, so what does the busy January window indicate?
I’ll be gobsmacked if the Couhigs haven’t agreed to sell a majority share of the club. Naive to think otherwise.

Watch this space.

And the worst part is he can't get a train there to stop it until midnight
Not running tonight. Floods at his end.
I've got Georgia on my mind.
The fact that they have resigned as Directors does not necessarily mean that their shareholding has changed.
You can be a shareholder without being a director, and vice versa.
Would the (wrong and thick) person who just downvoted my post above, care to explain what was wrong with it?
Not me, but neither Pete or Missy , the two that have resigned their directorships, ever owned any shares in WWFC or Feliciana.
I just found it a bit patronising to be honest.
If you tell them they are wrong and thick it makes things worse...just think it and go about your business.
I bet before you can say knife @Wendoverman you’ll be accused of having provided misleading counsel.

The two key figures are Miller and Carter....they're after a controlling steak.
If they join the board then surely we'll get some decent nosh?
(Actually the chips with curry sauce in the Vere Suite have been quite nice lately)
Post of the season
You really don't know when to stop do you?
I know it's time to stop at bedtime. Unlike another poster, who continues to post unintelligible gibberish in the wee small hours ...
That “unintelligible gibberish” still makes a lot more sense than a lot of your posts though @bargepole
Plus it’s entertaining.
Come on girls, let’s play nicely!!
I'd like to know what @bargepole has on @drcongo.... i feel the good Dr would love to "Shipman" patient Barge..... fascinating
Crikey. My immediate reaction was that the unintelligible gibberish comment referred to my midnight musings.
Getting back to the thread title..."Looks like Pete and Missy have gone..."
Fishing?
TBH my patience is starting to wear very thin with the constantly calling everyone thick. Seems quite a fragile little man though.
@drcongo maybe you could comstruct a Wycombe Rugby Club equivalent of the gasroom that our friendly legal poster could use instead?

Constantly? I only started that yesterday, echoing something that @Wendoverman said.
And I'm certainly neither fragile nor little.
