To answer your question, I only became aware at 5.15pm today on receiving from Companies House (in my personal capacity),details of the resignations at Feliciana EFL Ltd and WWFC Ltd.
Blimey, all this talk about individuals who've lent money (indirectly) to the club possibly taking over the club and fantasising about Jakki Degg on the Gasroom almost transports you back 20 odd years.
I'll say again, this is the worst thing that could happen with a cup semi-final just around the corner. Whatever thats happened behind the scenes could have waited until Thursday as least
This sort of change with corporate governance happens all the time.
It does not mean that Pete or Missy are no longer involved with either business; it may be that their new roles are not directorships (in the corporate governance sense).
It may also be "housekeeping" before the partial or full sale/transfer of shares to a new investor/owner.
We will know when the club makes an announcement or when relevant documents are filed at Companies House.
None of the changes we are currently aware of impact the playing side of the club...

It wasn't a total sell out though was it? Don't the trust still own 15% if the football club.

Unconfirmed reports that Jakki Degg has joined the board.
The former model? (According to Wiki) or is this someone different?
Haha! I wonder if that’ll end up in the BFP?

Jakki Degg, blimey that's a blast from the past
I heard she was part of a consortium with Nick Clegg and Dr Legg
I heard it was George Clegg and Nick Beggs.
I enjoy your new stuff @glasshalfempty but it’s great to hear the hits.
Tickets for the nostalgia tour aren’t selling very well if I’m honest.
The old boys who sit around me wouldn’t know who that is but Carol Kirkwood however.
Know of both of them. Shame that Carol recently got married. If she had played her cards right, I would have considered!
I bet she forecast that and then got married.
😂
I’ve heard two Hollywood film stars are going to buy our club. I’m a little out of date with these things I assume it’s John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart
no major changes but Matt will have learn to say f…as every word in the dressing room and at the training ground.

I'm feeling very young right now.
That’s a bit disrespectful to say the least.
Shimmering apes.

Thank you Alan as always 👍👍
Make the most of it.
All we need is a hotly contested "guess the power station" thread and we're back in 2004.
@Otter87 It's really not. Just for example, Freddie Potts could have pulled a hamstring.
Just look forward to the pre-season friendly vs Dinamo Tbilisi.
Or guess the paper mill would take you back even further.
