Although with changing work patterns I wonder whether an earlier evening KO time would have more pros than cons.
I wonder how many people would really struggle to make it to the ground for a 1900/1915 KO compared with those for whom finishing at 2100 would make it more realistic to attend?
They probably wouldn’t be popular amongst those of working age, but if you were really looking at attracting the kids you would make the kickoff 6 pm emphasising food would be available before during and after the game
personally, I don’t see the value of a 7 pm kickoff as opposed to 7.45
Maybe makes it too difficult for working people to get home, eat, change and then get out to the game and/or away fans to travel to the fixtures? As not many people attend these games, it only matters when the lower league clubs get to the latter stages
What's the capacity of that stand? I think we'd do well to break the 1,000-mark for this game - the fact it's U21 opposition will inevitably keep attendance down.
Opening just one stand again. Basically inviting a low attendance. as with other matches decided I would go if the Frank Adams was open it’s not so I’m not going. After the nonsense of the late goal on Tuesday, the B&B PR disaster yesterday and now this I despair

Something smells very fishy here.
It's not your plaice to comment @mooneyman
I can already hear @bluntphil (in my mind’s ear) saying it just like that.
Our @BSM_Trophy quarter-final against Brighton U21s will be played at Adams Park on Wednesday 31st January (k.o. 7pm).
The EFL granted Brighton's request to avoid a clash with their first-team match on the Tuesday.

Not sure why it is on at 7pm? Surely impacts fans getting there.
Doubt either of them will mind that much.
They’ve all started at 1900 haven’t they?
If you're mad (sad?) enough to travel to watch your team's U21s away, I don't think a slightly earlier kick-off time is going to bother you too much.
Kids have bed times, you know!
Yes but I doubt a 10pm bed time as opposed to a 10.45pm bed time makes a difference. if it does why aren’t all midweek games 7pm?!
I think that was a reference to the opposition…
A-ha. Too early in the morning…

Peterborough 2 Crawley 1
this is the real quiz.
Really disappointing that only one stand will be open for our biggest game of the season so far: https://www.wwfc.com/news/2024/january/20/brighton-trophy-date-confirmed/

We’re two wins from Wembley, the club are really missing a trick here.

We are flying under the radar in a competition that already flies under the radar. Does that make us a submarine?
The gasroom never loses the art of moaning about everything.
In fairness we are the most handsome and knowledgeable of all Wycombe fans.
Forgive me for having an opinion
Has the FA ever been opened for the this cup competition?
On 22nd March 1994 it* was absolutely rammed.
Neat trick as it wasn’t built until 1996. However, the terrace thst was there certainly was for the semi-final against Swansea.
Yeah, hence the asterisk, but that terrace was a joy, wasn't it?
