I love how this topic has gone from a potential new owner to a new stadium to a new go karting circuit in the middle of town. Are we going to be talking about anything old? 🤣
As majority shareholder (90%) Feliciana LLC are under no obligation to seek consent from the minority shareholder (The Trust) for anything they wish to do in terms of the shares in the football club or financial matters (additional investment from third parties), this is clearly laid out in Company Law & in the documents relating to the transfer of the 15% of shares from the Trust to Feliciana LLC. The latter document also waived the obligation on the Trust to any cost/investment match funding calls.
Felliciana LLC only need the Trusts approval for actions that impact The Trusts asset, namely Adams Park so again I ask what deal did this mystery stranger overheard being discussed by Couhig & his neighbour today.

I used to go to Amersham College that was often with mushroom power-ups in the Autumn
Lol
Deal done pending trust vote either ‘this coming Tuesday or following Tuesday’. Words from the mouth of Rob Couhig today.
So yet more bull from Rob the other night... what was it "we're not looking to sell" ?
Definitely some bull somewhere. Don't think the trust have the power of veto do they?
care to expand?
Sorry he didn’t go through every single clause in his very brief explanation to the geezer sat next to him in the director’s box
Why does the Trust have to have a vote? Rob can sell to whoever he likes subject to approval to the new owner by the EFL.
Yeah, if I got told by the chairman that he was selling I wouldn't have had any follow up questions
He wasn't told directly and @mooneyman's question is a good one
what deal?
Planning application for the new road?
Repairs/refurb to Adams Park?
New Manager?
Hopefully not Russian fireworks
So this isn't "new investment" it's a sale is it?
Hope the new fella brings a lot of money to the party if so.
FFP
We'll just sponsor ourselves with one of his sister companies for eleventy million quid. Job done.
I saw Rob with another guy walking towards the directors box whilst on the Stewarding and it got the vibe of selling the club
How? Was the other guy doing some kind of Bee Gees walk?
Unsure
😂
They deal in tenges
Bergkamp talked about how close the Dutch consortium was to buying Wycombe in an interview. What might have been...
Sounds like a lot of jive talk to me.
Can we sign him? He's still only 54.
I hate puns, they're the reserve of the sort of people who think fancy dress is the peak of sophistication...
But..I think we'd all prefer some Saturday night fever for the right reasons...and mot because we're all ranting on here
You win again.
Oh boy, we could have played total football and won the world cup the Dutch 70s team should have won.

What happened to them? Did they end up buying another club?

Like he said, we'll find out either this Tuesday, the Tuesday after...or maybe an unspecified Tuesday sometime this lifetime.
