Lewis Wing transfer to Reading not yet been ratified by EFL
With Reading subsequently being placed back under embargo barely a week after announcing they had signed Wing, their manager Ruben sellers admitted to the local press EFL haven't ratified the transfer. My near and not overly dear neighbours are clearly facing a rather unpleasant hangover from their years of spending well beyond their means...

“It’s difficult when you sign free agents and they haven’t been training or playing for two months."
Nobody has been playing have they? Think it's supposed to be difficult for you if you don't pay promised wages and taxes btw.
I feel a bit sorry for Lewis Wing, but this is Reading so it’s also hilarious.
Reading in their first Prem season were a vibe. Since then... Anything but.
They have been a little bit like a balloon with a very slow puncture. The momentum they had slowly disappearing
Remember when they lost on pens in the play off final under Jaap Stam a few years back?
Absolutely downhill since.
I don't think even Huddersfield fans remember that play-off final
I see our old kit man (Stewart Bannister), has left Reading and joined Luton. Probably wasn’t getting paid.
I do, I was in the HUddersfield end with some Huddersfield supporting friends! Great day...
I lived in Reading during their Premier League years. I met way more arsenal fans.
I thought Reading was more a Chelsea town, though probably more in the parts university students fear to tread.
In English please...
Neither has Charlie Savage but the embargo has been lifted and both players should have paperwork completed for the weekend.
I lived in Reading for four years and spent a lot of time there for a fifth. There were whole parts of the town that were a mystery to me.
*Reading in their first Premier League season were very entertaining 😉
You spelt misery wrong
Huddersfield got promotion that season without scoring a goal in regular time through the playoffs, and with negative goal difference. What a way to do it.
