I must admit I am a little confused about what has changed with Twitter. I have always found it to be badly designed and confusing, and now it appears to be...badly designed and confusing?
Some bonus breakages, few more impersonators, and reduced integrations with almost anything else. If you just like the arguing and abuse you'll be fine still.
Having read the Guardian article and the comments by Kieran McKenna about his qualities as a leader and as a mentor to younger players, I feel sure that Richard Keogh will prove to be a valuable addition to a squad which is likely to include quite a smattering of up and coming development players.
I remember being very disappointed when we weren’t able to retain him 18 years ago when he was exactly half the age he is now but his football and life experiences in the meantime will have brought their own rewards. Hope so, anyway.
Twice recently (in the context of the second Test Match and now with reference to the kind of League 1 season we can anticipate) @bookertease has predicted fun. If next season produces as much fun as (however fleetingly) the Second Test did, there shouldn’t be too many dull moments!
He's been happily posting pictures of teammates in training, can't see it happening, I know Posh made him and a few others available for transfer but they won't necessarily be selling them on the cheap.
I’d be more than happy to see Jack Grimmer at centre-back, I thought he was excellent there for most of last season. I think he’s now become more a centre-back than a right back.
Posh won’t let him go cheap and why should they. And although he’s a very decent player I’m not that comfortable dipping into the fireworks funds for transfer fees.
Do we try and set up a live streaming camera focused on the gates of the training ground so we cover Marlow Road too? A little bit like Springwatch but not focused on any wildlife?

Obviously ...

Agreed on judging a player by what they produce.
Ronaldo had significantly declined late on. So much so that United thought Weighorst was a better bet for the team's dynamic!

I’m not too happy with reduced integrations.
I think it was a manifesto promise wasn't it?
Shouldn't have to worry about it then
Ah yes, 20% of the missed targets.
I almost exclusively use it for Wycombe content (and looking up silly QPR rumours) so that explains why I missed it, then.

I do have some transfer news of sorts. The Caledonian Suite has been renamed the "Heineken Lounge".
I shall still call it the Vere Suite
And me
Sir Martin backed him with the RoI .
That’s good enough for me..
Bloody hell, we sign someone and the Gasroom are worried about how he gets to his place of work. I'm sure he has got that figured.
Fans should worry less about how the players are going to get to games and get themselves down there more often to SUPPORT their team.
Also, any talk of Josh Knight would be concerning news for me with Taff/Forino future in question.
He does play midfield as well doesn't he? And we do need 4 centre backs, especially with 2 who tend to miss up to 50% of the games.
That makes me want to visit it even less.
Not so sure. I think Grimmer or JJ are adequate "cover" in that sense. So would make more sense to sign a left back and JJ CB backup.
I'm not sure I'd really fancy either of them there for more than emergency cover. They had to fill in way too much last season.
Knight is someone most agreed was a success story in the tier above, so if we can bring him in it has to be a positive.
Yeah, you lot haven't been to a single game in the last two months, how dare you speculate on anything 🤣
You can tell that we've been away.... speculating on how someone gets to work.
Josh Knight would be an unbelievable signing. I'll believe it when I see it
Josh Knight would be outstanding and definitely better suits a progressing ‘bring it out from the back’ style. Would be ecstatic if he signed

In a back 3 I agree.
I've made the executive decision to skip work tomorrow & friday in favour of parking up at Cressex filling station.
So unless new players utilise the cunning plan of driving to the training ground via Marlow I'll be first to post any news.
Okay everyone?
