The Den - I'm sure I've seen that stand on the right before, and there's an Evening Standard hoarding at the far end, which at least narrows it down to London.
Looking at the advert hoarding on the roof of the long stand there is a advert for ‘Ashby Demolition’. I am thinking Leicester City or Derby County. Two grounds not too far from the town of Ashby. I am going for Leicester City.
That's wierd because the colour photo of the Den - posted by @ReturnToSenda - looks more like I remember the floodlight pylon in the corner of the terrace at QPR than does the original photo of Loftus Road posted by @username123!
In my memory I watched Stan Bowles & Rodney Marsh playing for QPR from that terrace, so would have been 1972 - if Wikipedia appearance data is accurate. So maybe it's the new stand I remember not the old stand (as in @username123 original picture).

Fellows Park, Walsall?

Hmm, well it's very similar!
I must admit it is INCREDIBLY similar, but it isn’t Milwall.
Loftus Road?
Wild guess - Gravesend and Northfleet.
It’s not the Manor Ground is it?
I think @Shev is right - QPR.

@Shev and @Cyclops correct!
I must say that @ReturnToSenda that was an excellent guess and had me double and triple checking my photos for about 15 minutes !!!
@username123 do you know what year that was taken?

I believe it’s Loftus Road in 1968
Cheers, think that stand was knocked down in 72

Honestly it’s practically identical, the dug outs are slightly different. Roofs are the same, floodlight in same place and everything!

Gillingham?
The very long industrial buildings next door would be a giveaway but help to eliminate those suggested so far.
